Closed now, like the one in Palm Harbor. They were running on fumes for months with the employees purchasing food daily at Winn Dixie to sell. Vendors had shut them off so they didn’t have most items.

The service was awful. The female managers were unfriendly and rude and gossiping about coworkers in front of customers. Always out of half the food on menu due to no deliveries or supplies supposedly never coming in from vendors. Online takeout orders took 30 minutes longer than promised time. Don't even get me started on their sudden discontinuation of the rewards program with big promises of something new coming and it didn't. Lost 139 earned points. This entire chain deserves to go under. Ohhh...and the disgusting new meatloaf is 90 percent red and green peppers and no beef. I gave it to my dogs...inedible. Cheap, cheap, cheap. Boston Market simply sucks.

Food is decent, service is always pleasant, but the property is a mess. At night it looks closed/abandoned, the owner really needs to take care of the overgrown landscaping, it's becoming an eyesore.
I'd give zero if could. no one knows anything. Always missing stuff or just don't got nothing at all. Why y'all haven't shut it down idk. Iv watched big families by 4 or more leaving an So much lost profit and employees who don't care. Just know if you go here it's better to call ahead, an if no answer just don't go. Wish them the best,

Surprisingly their food value went down the drain..I didn't enjoy their new Thai chicken. It was very bland but no flavor at all. What made them so popular was their cream spinach and it was not on the menu anymore.

Something is wrong at this location. The food being served there is not Boston Market food, it's publix mac n cheese and I'm not sure where the meatloaf is from but it's burnt and tastes like they mixed ground meat with stove top stuffing box mix. The chicken also has no flavor. We had to request a refund. If you're craving Boston Market food then you'll want to go to a different location.

Staff was nice but the food was sorely lacking. I pulled up at the drive-thru and they informed me of numerous items that were not available. Okay fine. I went ahead and ordered other things including chicken and two sides. My chicken was rubbery and cold in the middle. My Mac and Cheese also didn't seem fully cooked. Only my drink seemed to be up to par. Just drove past now and it looks like the place is closed already for the day. I don't think they're doing well and based on other reviews I can see why. It's a shame, because I used to love their food but paying this much money for half cooked food is just not going to work for me. Hope they can get their act together and get back to their self.

We ordered online, but we we went to pick up at the Clearwater restaurant, they were out of some things we ordered. I paid an up charge for a side they didn’t have & was not reimbursed. The side they replaced was a smaller size. Food was good, but can’t help feeling I was not treated fairly.

Our Family has kept Boston Market in the clutch when things come up and cooking wasn't time friendly. So decided to visit Boston Market. The food is not the "Boston Market" that keeps customers coming back. I noticed right away the difference in the Mac and Sweet Potatoes (Sweet potatoes are not supposed to have the strings still in them) I asked what kind of cheese was in the Mac and the employees didn't know. That home feeling is gone from the atmosphere to the food. Acrew member stated Boston Market has a new Distributor of their foods..... Tell the Bosses Boss to try it for himself.....

My husband & I picked up Boston Market for dinner last night June 23, 2023. We where so DISAPPOINTED. We got a dinner for four the chicken was about the size of a Cornish Hen NOT a chicken. The Maccroni & Cheese was tasteless.This Boston Market has gone so far downhill since Covid-19 it's so sad. My husband and I have decided we won't be going back anytime soon.
It was good service I received my food in a couple of minutes and enjoy it and the only thing to me the cornbread was a heavy for me but everything else was really good ?really clean and well kept ?

Worst Boston market I've been to. This is my fourth time here. They never have half the stuff on the menu. The staff is not friendly. The meatloaf was horrible today. They had no brown gravy and the mashed potatoes were cold...do better!
