I live right nearby and used to love this store buts it’s gotten worse and worse. I’ve been there several times lately and today as well and waited and waited to be acknowledged on the drive thru speaker, I eventually drove away and this has happened more than a couple times no matter what time of day or night. This is my last time going to a this store, I’ll try the other BK down the street. Upsetting when you drive to get BK for everyone and it’s so difficult so often. Never again

To be honest— I wish this wasn’t the closest Burger King to my job- if you have a 30min break expect to wait your entire break before you can even get to the window. (Even if it’s just two cars in line) I’m currently writing this at a drive thru at a different Burger King- 5 cars were in front of me and I’m already almost to the window in less than 6 minutes. They can’t keep regular staff in and the ones they do hire/keep don’t even have basic decency to be even just a *little* friendly. I’m always very patient and nice when I do come but it doesn’t matter lol - no customer service skills any of them. I understand being understaffed but it’s been the whole damn year. Just put this store out of its misery and close the whole store down at this point clearly the employees are unhappy and hate it there !

The new burgers they're selling are disgusting, no flavor at all. Tried the pickle ranch burger and the maple one. The ranch didn't taste like ranch, and the pickles tasted stale. The oil needs to be changed most definitely.

Ordered the impossible burger it was burnt, and churro fries I couldn't even eat them because they're hard and my tongue tingles right now.

The food made me sick. I tried to return the order. Mgr said you handled the Food so he cannot exchange or refund my Funds
Before I ordered, he and about 5 teenagers He was taunting and treating a disabled man asking for food.
Then he left. Furthermore, the same manager was nice and offered a drink of soda,
I reiterate that I wasn't going to buy anything that I expected a refund or just an equal value of a different meal or credit
He refused! Not Veteran friendly No Veteran Discount.
This is the absolute worst place.I have ever eaten it in my life. It took twenty minutes just to take my order, then everyone behind the counter started yelling and fighting,acting so ghetto. I believe they were all high. The atmosphere was the worst. People were actually walking out because they were not even acknowledged. Not to mention the entire place was very dirty. It's not fit for rats to eat in. If I could give them no stars I would. Please do not take a chance and eat here. And If you do I hope your stay is better than mine.
