The lady on shift tonight was terrible and her coworkers even know it she gave me a fry half full then when I tried to give it back she said In the most disgusting way she can’t take them back and walked away so the boy came and helped when I went to write a review thought my Burger King app because that’s how I made the purchase she blocked me on there which is even crazier how do you be nasty to a customer then banned them like it was their fault !

This place is sooooo slow, it seems like they literally make 1 burger at a time, will fry one order of fries at a time, will make 1 drink at a time. Not one single drop of urgency for a fast food spot. DRIVE THRU OR WALK IN......Wish the owner of this place would really consider more BOSS DECISIONS...there are people in todays climate who would be happy to work, not just clocking in to get by....you can tell!

Yikes, lobby was dirty. I originally was going to go through the drive thru but 2 cars were waiting at the ordering boards and still had not been helped so I backed out and went inside. 2 kids up front seemed to be trying but the people making the food seemed to be speaking rudely to the staff up front. The royal chicken sandwich I ordered was inedible..cooked so bad couldn't get past the 1st bite had to throw away. I love Burger King but it's just not worth the wait time or trouble anymore, it seems to be this location specifically that has been problematic.

This Burger King has become not a restaurant but a hangout for homeless people. There is an older homeless couple who just about live at this restaurant. They take all their junk and put it on the table. They are dirty and I really don’t enjoy going to the restaurant and seeing people like that. How does management allow this? The bathrooms are filthy, service is bad and the food is cold. Corporate Burger King clean this restaurant up.,

I came in to the Gulf to bay store by the high school at 805 am on a Monday and 9 tables/booths are dirty. How is this possible. This burger king like most are rarely business.

do the workers here even try? 4 times in a row now my orders were completely messed up, and took forever to get. good luck ever getting any sauce, usually like only one dude working and they look high. how is this location even still open? whos managing this location? are they okay? no. no they are not. avoid this location at all costs.

The drive-thru speaker isn’t working properly, and the cashier was rude and combative. I asked for two waters, and when I got to the window she tried to give me two bottled waters instead of the free cups. When I clarified, she got aggressive about changing it. Between the broken speaker and the bad attitude, this was a really unpleasant experience. The food was disgusting, I did not eat it. It tastes as if the fryer oil has not been cleaned properly.

The drive-thru speaker wasn’t working. they let my food sit on the counter walked passed it around the back of the cooking area then came back gave me a cold burger and did not acknowledge me turning her head a away from me handing the bag out of the window without a thank you or have a good day basically rude

Waited over 15 min just to order at drive through. 10 min into I said hello again and told just to wait they have a ton of orders. Finally ordered and got up to window and had to wait over 10 min for food. 2 people at counter waiting and there had been 1 car in front of me in line. 3 people working front.Really unacceptable to wait so long for 1 whopper meal when clearly they were not busy with a ton of orders. 2 cars in parkinglot too. Girl handling window seemed to be doing everything while two guys just stood there.

Genuinely such a bad experience and meal that I will never go back to Burger King. Waited in the drive thru line with just 1 car ahead of me for 20 minutes. The fries were stale and tasted like they'd been sitting in a cold fryer vat for hours. The chicken nuggets tasted rancid. The Whopper had the wrong ingredients on it and the bottom bun was hard as a rock, clearly stale. And the little spooky sundae thing they sold for October at $3 is so tiny, it's probably 5 bites worth. 0/10. God awful.

Food was okay, just like any other Burger King. Bit too much fat, but whatever floats your boat. A lot of drinks to choose from.
A lot of homeless people inside, doing homeless people stuff, leaving mess. Eat outside or go via drive through.
