I placed a mobile order at this Burger King, waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru with no acknowledgment, and when I finally pulled forward, my food was already made and just sitting there getting cold.
What made the situation worse was the young lady at the window — she was completely dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, she acted bothered that I even asked about the delay.
Ignoring customers at the speaker and letting food sit out is bad enough, but the attitude on top of it made the experience even more disappointing. This location needs better customer service and management oversight.
Just shut it down lol 15 minutes in a drive through line is not acceptable

It's clean and staff are nice but I've been here only a few times, just for a fry and they always leave the box half empty. Today, I politely asked if it should have more fries and showed her but she said that's our large. I got a med for a large price:(

This Burger King sucks. I ordered a whopper for the Patty to be freshly made. And I get something Stone, cold call. Them and all they could tell me. Is I got the wrong order? So the Customer's supposed to be right, apparently at this place. They're not the French fries were Stone. Cold didn't get the stuff for the fries that I want it. Beware this place will take your money and just do whatever. Nobody listens maybe they need to be more properly trained
