Ok the last 2 times we went there our orders were not right. They have a book to write down left off items to replace when u return. A book! I should think they should write down when they are correct smaller book. I was a manager at Burger King was fired for making 1 mistake and did not make 15$ an hour. Not happy as it was my burger that was not in the bag! Tighten up!

Yes, please has one of the worst services out of every Burger King. I’ve ever been to I like to people, but they just have their management skills upside down. They argue they fight very unprofessional in front of customers which obviously affects everything.

Terrible performance from employees every time, they always get my order wrong even with minimal traffic. They will give you attitude when you order, like its an inconvenience that you want food. Whenever the team of multiple people can pull actually put a single burger together, it tastes pretty good, weighed down by the sheer sad ability of its store.

Are you kidding me? We decided to give this location a chance after staying away for a couple of years because it has been a lousy year and all we wanted was a milkshake. I ordered 2 large shakes, only to hear back that they just have one size “medium !” Ok, so we get the medium size, and I hear the girl say “ that’s $8.56!” For frozen milk? Then I watched some kid squeeze chocolate syrup into 2 16 ounce cups of frozen milk and barely put it under the mixer, slapping two covers on, hands us two straws and can’t even cough up a thank you! Ok gen z or whatever, good going, now Burger King has lost us for good! My gosh, bad service, smaller food that costs five times more than it’s worth, no one needs that! Biden wrecked America, fast food isn’t fast, affordable or something anyone needs. Illegals are doing better than seniors and I want sanctuary neighborhoods for Americans who worked hard to make this country a better place to live!

I ordered my food online for the first time and when I went to pick it up the young lady at the counter told me that she didn’t know what that was bc she didn’t know how to read. My opinion, you shouldn’t be having employees take orders or prepare orders if they can’t read .This probably explains why my order was prepared wrong. I spent $29 on food only to be extremely disappointed. It has been 20 years since I’ve been to this particular Burger King. I gave it a shot because it was the closest and my kid craving 2 whoppers with cheese only ketchup. Not really sure how you can mess that up. I ordered a whopper with no lettuce, and much to my surprise it only had lettuce. We also had some onion rings which were ok but not the best.

Today I had a craving for an original chicken sandwich. Sadly, I was so disappointed in the product . The bread was cold, hard and stale and the chicken was cold and salty. Shame on Burger King for allowing such poor quality
to be sold to the public.
I watched through the window of the drive thru as the expo was so busy on her phone instead of realizing that the food was hard and cold. Shame on taking $ 13.88 for such horrible “food”. I thought of bringing it back but realized that it would have been meaningless. However, the young woman who took my money was kind, friendly and professional. Perhaps other employees could learn from her and perhaps management could do something about training staff and customer service and product.

Demeatric and Neese were so accommodating and made my daughter with autism feel so special when she ordered food. They were on top of helping her with pointing to the menu to understand. She wanted a crown and even though she’s 23 they did not make her feel anything but special. They are amazing and are the kind people in this world!! Thank you

Man the drive through lady was SO RUDE THIS MORNING!! Good morning to you too ma'am! And my sandwich wasn't even hot. I get it, people have bad days. But that's not reason to be rude and try to start my day off bad.

New sign with an upgraded store but the idiots that are running it are constantly messing up not only the quality of the food but also the service how many times do I got to go back to get my food corrected. Warning make sure you double check your bag because they are not. Or just go to a different Burger King give them some time to reflect. Very disappointed.

I went here for the Adam's Family Promotion which was advertised in the window and online. It was several days before Halloween and they didn't have the chocolate shake or Churro fries and didn't have the special packaging for the Things Rings. The purple whopper was available. It was really light on the lettuce and the meat was very thin. The staff seemed very disinterested in taking my order. I left very disappointed and likely won't be back.
