Yikes. Onion rings were okay, wing sauce was really good. Burger was just plain. Even with the Greek stuff added to it, was barely noticeable. They ran out of fries I guess before I got there so I didn’t get to try those. The wings were cooked too much on the initial fry and by the time they flashed them for me to eat they were well passed burned. Two weren’t even edible. They need more seasoning on the burgers in my onion. Prices are high $8.99 for a burger PLUS fries and a drink. They aren’t very big even the 1/3lb patty is pretty tiny. I’d wait until they get everything figured out and try again. Floor was pretty sticky throughout the restaurant, and there is a huge stain under the men’s urinal.

Okay food, poor housekeeping. If I would have went to the bathroom to wash my hands before ordering I wouldn’t have ordered. The bathroom was disgusting, I would rather use a portable potty at Gasparilla then use their bathroom. I can’t imagine how the kitchen looks but based on this I’d say not good. Everything was dirty, the soda machine was in need of a cleaning and many choices on the freestyle weren’t available. Sitting down while waiting for food you could see all of the finger prints in doors, windows, etc like they never clean the windows. Definitely will NOT return to this establishment based on the cleaning & sanitation.

The service was slow, took over 30mins to get my food and just as long for my sons milkshake. Food came out not heated properly. Chicken sandwich was undercooked and my sons fries were cold. My burger was fine. Nothing special but nothing wrong either. The soda fountain was dirty. All the tables were dirty and was not worth the $50 for 3 meals.

Never going again, ordered online and scheduled it to be ready for pickup at 4:15pm. Got there at 4:25 and only half of my order was done they didn't even know about the other half, I had to show them my email receipt apparently they didn't scroll on their tablet to see the rest of it and then I had to argue with the cashier about fries being with the kids meals. The website shows it but she said I didn't indicate it when I order, no where is there a place to do that online it just says the kids meals come with fries and a drink and it gives me an option to choose a drink, I showed her the website and she still wanted to argue with me about it and then instead of giving us cups for fountain drinks she gave us canned coke. Waste of $30, food was horrible on top on bad service. Sweet potato fries tasted like soggy carrots, normal fries weren't salted at all, burgers were dry and had no taste even with all the topping in them. The best thing was the chicken tenders but they tough and looked like the ones you get in the freezer section and put in the microwave for a minute or 2.

Well, first dazzling attractive Ordering section! But you don't see practicality on their menu screen! It's confusing & not informative! Second, you barely understand the guy's English accent! He doesn't want to be friendly or sell items from the menu! Third, kitchen staff doesn't know how to create a normal burger!? I ordered a Hawaiian salmon burger!! Which was the most stupid way of setting on burger! Yes, it was a waste of money! (Frozen tasteless fish w/ 2 slices of canned pineapple, barbecue glaze & crunchy slice of red cabbage) side of frozen tasteless potato fries. I ordered house salad & 12 pcs of wings for take-out as well, which I wish didn't! HOUSE SALAD: old chopped lettuce with few pieces of chopped tomatoes & and a few chopped cucumbers - not even half of cucumber! (partially peeled!!???) If I was trying to bring the food back for a refund, but I don't live close, they are lucky. But next time I will. My question is, WHY/how can people support such a business? I even noticed the response from the owner on one of the customer's reviews, and the guy doesn't even know how to write English!!! WHY SUCH AN EMBARRASSING BUSINESS IN THE AREA???

I wanted a burger a couple of days ago and walked into BurgerIM and had a most delicious burger. Asked for crispy fries and they were perfect. The young man that helped was very informative and friendly. So next time you are near Countryside and want a great burger, try BurgerIM. You won’t be disappointed.

So my husband and I stop in for lunch today. Food not that great. I had a chicken sandwich. It was very dry and pricey. I was expecting a fabulous chicken sandwich not one that looked like Mc Donald's. We had Onion rings. They tasted like fish.maybe they just needed to change there oil. There drink menu needs upgrading. I wanted unsweetened tea. All they have is sweet carbonated tea. So I opted for water. I don't mind paying for good food. But this was h orrible

If you're into an atmosphere featuring dirty tables & floors, filthy restrooms with slippery floors, empty & unclean condiment bottles, overly loud pop music controlled by an employee who skips through songs at random, or employees who shout at each other while customers are placing orders, then this is the spot for you.The cello-plastic "flag" at the top of one of the toothpicks disintegrated as it was pulled from the burger, and the employee alternated between playing on his phone (gotta skip through those pop songs) and watching - smiling - as we spent a minute or two picking the red bits from the bun and tray. The patties were on par with freezer-section cheapo burgers, with that not-quite-thawed gooey texture and universal grey/brown center. The buns were cool to the touch and did not have sesame seeds, as pictured on the menu. I ordered the "Spanish Beef," which was supposed to feature grilled jalapenos and a habanero aioli, but the peppers were soggy & utterly without flavor, and there was nothing "habanero" about the cream sauce that had drowned my burger. The lettuce was cool and crisp, which was nice. The mustard bottle at our table was empty, as was the one at the next table. Two tables down, though, there was a bottle that was not empty, but was instead sticky to the touch, with a pop-open lid filled with mustard crust. The ketchup situation was a first-attempt success. My onion rings were tasty, though there were only six to an order, and were presented in a comical "This is *all* you are getting" arrangement. The "Burgerim Fries" were fries. They didn't look like they did on the menu, which were disc-cut, but tasted fine and came in a fairly massive pile. The Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, always a pleasure to see, was missing several flavors, but mine was there so I didn't miss out. My companion was not so fortunate. The machine and the surrounding area could use a cleaning. In fact the whole dining are could use a good cleaning. The floors alternated between sticky and slippery, and the tables, counters, condiment bottles, napkin dispensers, and chairs could use a nice scrub. The restroom was not disgusting, but the floors were slick and the hand dryer was broken.First impressions mean a lot, and I've been meaning to find an excuse to check this place out. Just over $30 for two people (with tip) is all the money Burgerim will be getting from me.

The Greek burger was nothing like described. Very dry and bland, also did not have any lamb flavor. There was no service, the clerk with glasses was just sitting there at the bar watching tv on his phone, then ate a burger at the table and watched as we had to go to the other table to get napkins. Why ask for a tip if they provide no service? We had to clean up after ourselves as well. Wish we hadn’t tipped 20%. The concept of this place is cool and could be successful but it is not being executed properly. Paying $36 dollars and getting a couple small burgers was not my expectation as well. Will not be returning.

Service was nonexistent! "Lamb"burger was bland, dry, and tasted like their regular burger. Garlic aioli fries were more like garlic aioli with fries...pretty inedible. Weird set up with fridges in the dining area. Overpriced for what you get and they ask for a tip??

My falafel burger was pretty cool. I added taziki sauce to liven it up! Great price tooVegetarian options: falafel

Guy at the register couldn't be more pleasant.... Which is sarcasm if you didn't catch that. The cookies and cream milkshake was really good though!Burger was so-so, the meat had a weird texture and the great value brand ketchup was an interesting choice.I do hope they make it, and are able to afford quality products in time.I'll try again in a few months, hopefully by then they have figured it out.Ordered two burgers, a fry, and the milkshake, after tip was about $27

Greek Lamb Burger was bland. They may not have used the right paddy. Tzatziki sauce was watery. 8.99 for a small mediocre burger and an additional 6.99 to make it a meal with a fountain drink and sweet potato fries.. better options out there.

My boyfriend and I saw this place next to Ross and figured we should try it. The prices weren’t terrible and it was rated 3.5 stars. We order our food (I got the regular angus burger and my boyfriend got the Greek lamb burger) and go to get our drinks from the coke dispense machine. What do we find? There’s hardly any options. After we grab our drinks we sit down and wait for our food. It came out fairly quickly. My boyfriend went to take a bite of his “greek lamb” and said it had no flavor, it wasn’t that warm and it didn’t taste good. It had no flavor. My regular burger was better. My boyfriend asked to switch the burger out for something different because it wasn’t good and they told him that they couldn’t do that and that my boyfriend would have to but whole new burger. The only reason why it got two stars is because my burger was decent and the fries were good. You get better flavor at Wendy’s. Wont come here again.

First and last time coming here terrible service, the guy at the register with the glasses Kevin literally told me to my face he is not going to exchange the burger. That was dry and cold. I ordered the Greek Lamb, and It only took two bites, one from me and one from my girlfriend to realize how terrible it was. Never ever coming here again.
