Great food. The ambiance (musi) was good too
We always have a fantastic foods, fun, festa on the cruise with fabulous sunsets đ
Horrible experience. We were there to celebrate my grandmothers birthday and half of our family came. The first thing that happened was a worker named Vinny came up to my stepdad getting aggressive and cursing at him because he âlooked at him too muchâ mind you he had black glasses on and didnât even look his way. He got close to him and got aggressive he works at the 2nd floor bar. My stepdad was saying he wasnât looking at him and once he defended himself the lil dude got scared. Next, the captain accused my aunt and her boyfriend of stealing a photo a little girl came up to us and handed us the photo willingly and walked away not even talking to us just smiling and walked away. Then once we leave we get approached by the captain saying we stole the picture when it was handed to us? And he was being very confrontational and disrespectful in front of all the other guests and holding us from getting off the boat. This little girl approached many other people and gave them their photo also, very disrespectful. And he refused to take the picture back when we repeatedly say we didnât want it anyway take it. We talked to him about the disrespectful worker Vinny, he said I have no control over my employees. What a bum. Do not go here unless you like disrespectful employees and captains to manipulate you and disrespect you.
I was very happy and excited when my daughter and son-in-law invited me to join them and my seven grandchildren on a two hour cruise. The cruise included a delicious meal. I enjoyed some of my favorite foods. Like a variety of meat, fish and vegetables. The sides included potato salad and my favorite coleslaw! The staff were wonderful! They were welcoming, accommodating and friendly. The Captain happily took a photo with me! The water was calm and the day very bright and sunny as the cruise continued. I visited the top deck to briefly enjoy the view from there. I highly recommend the Calypso Queen to anyone who wants to enjoy a cruise that is âshort and sweet â and affordable!
I paid for a reserved table and they didnât have it, so we ended up seating with a family. The employees made a lot noise throwing the plates and the music itâs too old, from the 80 and 90âs. I do not recommend it.
Really fun experience. The food was way better than it had any business being. Also a big shout out to our bartender Kim, she was the best. Highly recommended. đ
If you plan to go on this boat, make sure it is not booked to capacity, otherwise there will be hardly if any room on the 2nd floor to enjoy the party ,DJ , and or even dance, so packed!. The DJ did not interact with crowd how I would expect a professional entertainer to do, he was dry . I have went on it before and it was very fun in the past. I gave 3 stars because the food was good and waitress was very nice, otherwiseđđ»
About the best bang for the buck in the area. My only complaint is the boat ride could be longer/better. Food was pretty decent and the staff we're great. The rum punch was awesome as well. I definitely recommend and I'd definitely go back. Thanks for a wonderful evening
My family and I took a dinner cruise to watch the fireworks on July 4th. It was FANTASTIC. The food was delicious. The rum punch was STRONG. The only thing I did not care for was they allowed smoking on the outer decks. I have a hard time breathing around cigarette smoke so that part was not enjoyable.
Good experience. Staff friendly . May need to upgrade bout after a year and add dessert

Captain Sean went above and beyond for my Family. We had a Family gathering to celebrate my Nephew who is no longer with us. God Bless his Soul! You are in Great hands with Captain Sean!
This is the first time Iâve ever felt unsafe in Clearwater. First, there was a rather large party of 35 that showed up 30 minutes after departure time. When they arrived they didnât seem to be in a hurry and walked onto the boat without a care in the world, some even sarcastically waiving at the guests who arrived on time. Then the large group went up to the top floor and smoked weed and taunted other passengers. Some of the power went out so there wasnât music for half of the trip and no lights in the bathroom. I couldnât get off this boat quick enough. I felt bad for families that brought children. I canât believe I paid for this.
Teressa is Rude. Waste of money. Do not book with this company.
Very Inconsiderate . Traffic was heavy on the way there due to a trailer being flipped over on the highway. they could not wait 10 mins after boarding and no refund was issued.
I will say it was mediocre at best. If youâre looking for a wild time, this is not the cruise ship for you. The food was subpar. There was no dessert. The complementary drinks were decent however, the bartender was not at the station some of the time. I donât know what do you want for 45 bucks though. Get what you pay for. I wouldnât go again though. Most importantly, there was no sunset.. We went to a rooftop bar to watch that.
