CaraMel’s exceeded my expectations! I have been planing my parents surprise 50th anniversary party for over a year long distance and working with CaraMel’s was so easy and stress free! I gave very little guidelines of what I was wanting for the cake and cupcakes and told them to surprise me! Wow! They did amazing and tasted so wonderful! Caramel’s Bakery went above and beyond for our wedding. Our cake was a tiramisu dream. It was so delicious that guests were coming up to us asking for more, and many told me it was the best wedding cake they had ever had. The flavors were incredible and the presentation was beautiful.
They also created custom cookies to match our wedding cake topper, and they turned out absolutely perfect. Each one was hand crafted with so much detail and care. Our guests loved them as party favors and couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous and delicious they were.
One thoughtful touch that meant so much to us was that Caramel’s even offered to make a fresh mini cake for our first anniversary, so we wouldn’t need to freeze our topper. It wasn’t something we had considered, but it made the experience feel even more special and stress free.
Working with a local baker who puts so much heart into their craft made every part of the process memorable. Caramel’s Bakery truly exceeded our expectations, and I couldn’t recommend them more.

I had a custom cheesecake and mini cupcakes made for a birthday. Mel was amazing to work with and promptly replied to confirm the order. Picking up was easy and they gave me great directions for keeping everything fresh. I forgot photos (sorry!) but everyone raved about the desserts. Highly recommend and will definitely reach again if I need any cakes or cookies.

I appreciate the time and creativity that went into making this cake, and the artwork on it is truly well done. That said, as someone who has worked as an executive chef for decades, the quality of the fondant and overall finish was far below professional standards.
When I received the cake, it was sealed inside an airtight box that had handling instructions printed on it. The box was fully enclosed, and once I got it home and opened it, I quickly understood why. The fondant was split, uneven, and full of air holes—something that should never happen with properly prepared fondant.
I paid $200 for a cake that was extremely small, with visible flaws that should have been addressed before delivery. I value craftsmanship, and I also value transparency. Not being allowed to see the cake before paying was concerning, and now it makes sense why payment was required upfront.
While I appreciate the effort put into making it, the overall quality and presentation were disappointing. Because of this experience, I won’t be recommending this bakery or their services in the future.
