CDB's Pizza - Kobe Italian

Very inviting and the food is made fresh to order with every time. Tasty salads and soups. The sushi is over the top great! Wonderful fresh cooked appetizers and the staff is very very nice.

This place has been here for years and I love the selection. More choices than any other restaurant I've ever been to. The service was about average but the food was delicious and the price was awesome. Will keep coming back.

We arrived about 9ish. The waitress was polite. She brought a menu which did not have pizza on it. We came for a CDB pizza. She did not know this. However she could of asked.I remember CDB having amazing pizza. It wasn't but. It was good. The shock was when we got our bill!!! $5.00 a piece for draft beer! Although she marked it down as 2 Bottled beers. It was my Birthday, in 59 yes I never known a bottled beer to come without a bottle.she could of asked. We or

Let's be perfectly clear: This location is nothing like the other locations. I've had the staff run my card for the wrong amount on 3 different occasions, void it, and then run it again for the proper amount. Their bank takes 6 days for it to clear. My bank normally releases in 2. (I called my bank and they confirmed it was due to CDB's end.) I would recommend putting on their shirt and doing their job for them, or just pay with cash. Additionally, the pizza is not as good as the other locations. Very disappointing. The only reason I go is because my friend always gets the Groupon. Believe me when I say, "there's a reason this CDB's location is on Groupon."

the food is always great at a good price. the staff is friendly and very good at making feel at home and welcome. the sushi chefs are fun to watch as they prepare everyone's food. cassy, lindy and Savanna are always on the move keeping the 2 for 1 drinks coming. best place in town for hibachi, sushi and Italian, I know sounds weird, but very good.

Awesome pizza...top 4 in Pinellas Co.... Same quality as the Tampa location as ate there often late 70s while attending USF....

I have to disagree with the other review, today's visit was nowhere near what the Lakeland CDB'S made and served. Servers were very sweet considering Italian food is not part of their culture of food. Hard hat special grinder was ok and the pizza was bland at best along with bland meatballs on the pizza. Chef salad was not the same either with the iconic meat and cheese rolls on top. Hibachi and sushi had a lot of customers so they must be doing something right just not the italian part. Maybe we may try the Japanese hibachi if we come back; sounds like they were having a good time over there.

Yes this is the same as the old CDB's in Lakeland FL, and is the same owners of the one that was in Tampa FL. If you have missed their famous Hard Hat Sandwich or there pizza, it is worth the drive to go here. We drove all the way from Plant City FL yesterday evening and they did not disappoint. The food was on point! We had a small Chef salad with their homemade Italian vinaigrette, a Hard Hat sandwich, and a small meats pizza. Everything was Great!!! If you never been here you should try it. They are basically 3 restaurants in one. They also have sushi and they have the Japanese and Vietnamese food as well with the Japanese Hibachi where they cook the food in from of you. We will definitely be returning again soon.
