Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

First time ever at Charley’s we don’t have them in the part of Italy where k came from, however l believe will be successful.
All good, l had a cheese steak combo.
Special mention for the French fries the best l ever had at one fast food, long cut-
skin-on!
Kevin that takes the order was patient and helpful, also he doesn’t force me to tips. I’ll be back, ty.

Charley's is my favorite cheesesteak go to place but this particular one on Gulf to Bay boulevard was not among them. At 1:45 PM my wife and I stopped in to eat. Temperature outside was muggy but bearable. After ordering I couldn't even eat my food because of the extremely high temperature in the dining area. I finally asked the cashier for a to-go bag because it was just too hot to dine inside. Definitely not what I expected for a premium cheese steak outlet on the way to one of the best beaches in the US.

Worst food I've eaten ever! Chicken wings, supposedly their specialty, we're so hard and dry i don't know how anyone could eat them! I hated to even give them one star!

This place dont miss a beat! Wings are nice and fresh, all around good quality wings. Fries are fried just right. Not to crispy not to tough. Just right. Ive been to a few locations and not once have I had bad food or bad service.

Just had our first experience at Charley’s and it was a good one. Charley’s was one of the few places open after Hurricane Milton went through. The food is excellent and the service quick. Much better than your standard fast food restaurant and well worth the extra couple bucks. Forget Micky D and Wendy go to Charley’s for a change.

Was craving a chicken Philly. I will find some place else to go. Asked for mushroom got 3 slices no sign of mayo or lettuce and the sandwich had 1 thin slices of tomato. Was told they no longer carry pickles but there were 6 on the sandwich- go figure. Guess I got what I paid for but at $10 a sandwich I expected more. Next time I will go to Publix and pay the $3 extra bucks and get it done right

Paid almost 40$. Entire order came out wrong. Old dried chicken put on tray and thrown at me like a dog. Do not recommend anyone to spend their hard earned money here. Careless customer service and even worse food service. Garbage crew working and garbage management

Excellent cheese steaks. Great quality. Good customer service. A little pricey if you get the meal, but if you just get the cheesesteak, it’s very very reasonable.

Went to Charley’s and it was a horrible smell coming from the building I believe the plumbing needs to evaluated
