I walked in here for the first time There was one guy in the restaurant eating No one else not even at the drive-thru They had three workers there two of them were behind the grill talking and one guy had a headphones on staring into space like he was on some kind of drug Didn't even acknowledge I was standing there finally I asked the guy Is anyone taking orders He goes yes still didn't even ask me what I wanted or anything finally I just left very very poor customer service!!

I love the gulf to bay location in Clearwater. The crew is amazing. They are always politely, helpful and friendly. I have a service animal and sometimes because I don't look like I need one...people give me a hard time or stare at me....They've never once made us feel unwelcome at all. I love their boneless chilli Tai wings and teriyaki boneless wings too. Honestly from the chessesteaks to fries...to wings...it's all AMAZING! Worth the prices. ?Kid-friendliness: My kids are picky, and the cashier was total cool about it and very relaxed/understanding.Wheelchair accessibility: Ooen Floorplan with pull out chairs and tables.
WOW! Now my experience here was fantastic! The workers were so kind and helpful and even upgraded my stuff for free as it was my first time!! The food tasted great and I’d gladly come again! Totally recommend!! :

Ordered food for family after 12 hour shift, originally my boyfriend called and the person who answered said he was not able to take a telephone order at that time and that the order could only be made “in person”. I heard this and knew it was incorrect. I then went onto google and found their website and ordered within 5 minutes @ 20:13. The food was picked up by my boyfriend who unfortunately gave the location the benefit of the doubt and did NOT check the bag for missing items. Once home it was found that an entire order of 6 wings was missing from package, writer called store @21:03 after which time the location was closed and no answer. Writer attempted to make a complaint on Charley’s website-there is no way to make a complaint on their website, writer then downloaded app and signed up as member and again no option for online feedback or complaint. The food we received was delicious but unfortunately the order was missing a meal and the team member who answered the initial call was attempting to avoid allowing a customer to order over the phone which is wrong. Hopefully they can do better and fix those service downfalls:)

Food is awesome, I was surprised with how good their wings are and I’m a wing snob. Gotta try their lemon pepper wings. Only issue is the drive through has massive potholes. I live close and work remote and would love to come here more often but the parking lot and drive through is rough on my coupe which is low to the ground. Pls fix this.
2nd time here. The wings are nothing more than the ones that likely come off the Sysco truck, but i like them. The sauces are great. I have to come back to try the steak sandwich. It was slow. Veey clean. Staff were constantly working and friendly. Great experience.

Had lunch here and the manager was awesome he took real good care of us, he was very professional and cordial. The restaurant was very clean the quality of the cheese steaks here were hot and was of the best I've ever had. They brought the food to our table, we have been to other Charley's for lunch and we enjoy it each time but this one is by far the best we've been to. We will be back!! Excellent service!!
