I placed an order to be ready at 4:10 PM so that I can grab and go to my meeting and I got there at 4:20 expecting everything to be ready and I didn’t leave with my order until 4:28 PM. This is ball drop, It’s a shame because the food is so good, but the togo team did not take pride in their work

It probably would have been better if I didn't get a burger but I did and it was super bland and very obviously pre-made patties. Service was great place was very clean but the berger game is lacking.

Sometimes I'm in the mood for a busy restaurant! But when Cheddar's is busy, it's so noisy you can barely hear everyone at your table. They need better acoustics. The wait staff is friendly but they're understaffed and it shows. Our waitress dutifully listened to everyone's orders without writing anything down, and then got half of them wrong. It's a neat trick when they actually can remember. It's not so neat when they don't. Because they are understaffed, it was impossible to even catch anyone's I until one of us stood up to flag her after waiting about 10 minutes after the food was served. BYOB because they never stop by to refill your glasses.

My boyfriend ordered to-go food for him and I, when he got home with the food we had NO country gravy for our country fried chicken and we paid for EXTRA sauce. We did not receive any topping for the baked potato which was also cold. We had no ranch with the cheese bites, but we did get silverware that we specifically selected NO for. Barely any Alfredo sauce on the pasta. 20 min drive each way and we tipped… for an incomplete meal. Great job guys. ?
