The Cheesecake Factory

Overall we generally like the Cheesecake Factory. Food was great and fresh but this time our overall experience left us disappointed. It was very cold inside the restaurant. Our waitress was very kind but not ready for our table so we waited quite a bit before even being addressed. We didn’t get bread until almost right before the meal came. We were ready to order as soon as we sat down and once we placed our order each person’s meal came out separately and my meal was missing the side and they said it wasn’t ready so I got my side at least 10 mins after my sandwich. The waitress was kind but definitely spread too thin or something because we definitely were not checked on often.

Get at the bar to have a nice meal.. ages later, I walk out to get my filet mignon somewhere else.. paid to come eat here, wont mistake again

Took my father and daughter for lunch. We were not really super hungry and my father ordered a piece of cheesecake and my daughter and I ordered a appetizer. Our appetizers took almost an hour to come out and were cold. My fathers cheesecake did not come out and when I asked the waiter about it, he basically said he did not know how much longer. I noticed on the counter that there was a piece of cheesecake just sitting there, but waiter did not attempt to find out. My daughter and I finished out appetizers and my father still did not get his cheesecake. The one on the counter was still there. The waiter showed no signs of caring and took another 30 minutes to take the cheesecake off the bill. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but really would not recommend it there.

Worst experience especially for our friend's birthday. Ashlee the manager really needs to take some continuing education in managing and guest interaction. Your kitchen over cooked a meal, asking a guest if they know how to cook chicken is not only rude but extremely belittling. No I'm sorry for the mistake or anything, simply arguing. Our server was doing his best Brandon, but he had far too many tables and was rushing all over the place. Expected way more for the prices of the meal, too bad I did not even get to enjoy one.
Retrain your staff too do better, if your kitchen makes mistakes on the food it's not the guests fault.

We like the cheesecake factory. It's a little overpriced, but the food's decent. Pretty good old fashioneds depending on the bartender.

We went to dinner on New Year’s Day with kids. Just as expected the food was great. We had to wait longer than expected even with reservation., otherwise no complaints. Will definitely visit again on our next trip to Clearwater.

Ordered the ribeye and the Diane steak medallions. Both were way overcooked. Ribeye was dry and plain. The street corn was also plain. No seasoning. The only thing that was good was the cheesecake. very disappointed.

I had an amazing experience twice, and a huge part of that was thanks to Summer, the bartender. She was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and incredibly skilled at what she does. Summer made everyone feel welcome and went above and beyond to make sure drinks were perfect and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed. Her positive energy truly elevated the entire experience. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you’re lucky enough to be served by Summer!
