Been coming to Cheesecake Factory for many years. This was my first time here in over a year and the food quality has gone way downhill no one at our table cared for the food. Cold, cheap quality, bland and old looking wilted leaves, brown old avocados, dry chicken with no flavor, nachos with barely any cheese that also had no flavor. The list goes on. The server was very nice that’s about it.

I will start out by saying a Margarita, served in a rocks glass is $14.00 . See pic below. The Bloody Mary, which honestly only looked like a Bloody Mary, tasted terrible, ordered another, no better. They can not be using any tomato juice. Another $14. The mashed potatoes were just warm, and the steak was good. Her shrimp were dry and overcooked, but her steak was good. They got the steak right. We also ordered 2 house salads which were good. The server., her name was Summer, was excellent in every way. 2 drinks for $28 say I am not going back. The food wasn't anything special and I spent $132 including tip for a mediocre meal for 2.
First time at this restaurant and the experience was amazing. We ordered a fried calamari appetizer, then chicken and shrimp gumbo, Alfredo pasta, and breaded chicken plus dessert. Everything tastes amazing, the server was friendly and he provided great service. We will be back.

I normally love the CF but this visit was an all out disaster. The chicken Madeira is my go to and always good (even if they give you less chicken than they used to) but I decided to try something different. Big mistake. I ordered the chicken piccata. It took a quite a while to come out. Not only was it cold, it was in a HEAVY cream sauce with no piccata flavor. I had to send it back saying the cream was so thick it was upsetting my stomach and I was not sure why there was even cream in it as piccata does not have cream in the recipe. So I tried the shrimp scampi. How can you g wrong with that right? Wrong! It came out in the exact same heavy cream sauce as the piccata! They even gave me a side of the cream sauce (in the photo). You can see how thick it was. Look up either recipe and you will not see cream in it. On top of that, my friend ordered the ahi tuna salad and the tuna came out totally cooked! He had to send his back too. I called the manager over but I didn't even want anything else. I will go back and get the chicken Madeira but learned my lesson on the pasta dishes.

We just had the best experience at this Cheesecake Factory. Jen was the best server we've had anywhere in a long time. We felt so spoiled. The food was amazing as always. I highly recommend. Ask for Jen. She's the best!!!
