I appreciate him being so patient & kind while helping me, bc I was a mess lol Thanks again Murray!! ( younger w longer curly ish hair & a wonderful smile!!) (Saturday night just before closing)

Chick FIL A closed this location in this mall many months ago in early 2023. My last visit to this mall confirmed this on 7/7/23. No evidence it was ever there as all the signs were removed as well. I should have taken pictures. Google says it's still there but it isn't. I'm also disappointed with Chick FIL A as they no longer have non spicy chicken strips. That has been removed from the menu over a year ago.
Always be prepared to wait in line at this place. I don't think there's ever been a time that I've been to a Chick-fil-A that I haven't had to wait at least 15 minutes for my food whether it be the drive-in or whether it be the inside!

Really disappointed... I ordered the regular seasoned chicken strips after a long day and they gave me spicy chicken strips instead. To me there is no flavor from the chicken only heat from the hot sauce. So stuck after 10pm still hungry. :(

Ate in food court dining area. My husband ordered a #1 meal. Chicken sandwich was greasy. I ordered a spicy southwest chicken salad. The iceberg lettuce was brown throughout. Not the best meal I have had at Chik fil a. Come on guys, step up your game. I dropped a $20 on a lousy lunch.

Their food is always worth waiting for. Their chicken sandwiches and signature sauce is bussin'. Definitely recommend their waffle fries at any point in time too. They have everything you're craving when it comes to fast food, lol. Great customer service and excellent food. They get a lot of customer attraction but when you wait, it's really not that long of a wait. The workers are good at keeping up and being on top of things. They always say, "my pleasure" and show it too!

Amber, the Manager was extremely nice. She even waited to make our frosted lemonades so they weren't melted by the time we got our food. Everything was fresh and hot and the fries were some of the best that I've ever eaten at a Chick-fil-A. Kudos to the team!

i have never tasted chick-fil-A but OMG when i tasted thhe chick fil a chicken sandwich i fell in love and the fries i could not believe my stomach. the best chicken sandwich i have ever had. i highly recommend it

They messed up my order twice in one day and even after I asked them to please double check it. The chicken was ice cold after they recommended hot chicken breast. Think they need a new cook and manager.
