Do not eat at this Chic Fil La I had a terrible experience eating food from there I ended up getting food poisoning right after I ate from there. I was throwing up all over the place and I got really dehydrated and I ended up getting diarrhea as well. It caused me to have to leave work early and loose hours. This is my warning to everyone don’t eat from there. Food was not good at all and looking through the reviews there’s a whole lot of one star reviews you people need to do better at this chic fil la because this is completely unacceptable l. I don’t even see how you guys have 4 stars. Who ever gives this place 5 stars is either delusional l, a bot, or someone that works there. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO THAT CHIC FIL LA. I hope that restaurant gets shut down. I’m even thinking about reporting this to the food department of health and have them inspect that place because I’m not the only one affected by their services it looks like .

I work down the street from this Chick-fil-A and I only get 20 mins breaks I went to get something to eat and the cashier took my order correctly but they gave me the wrong meal. I can't have too much fried foods due to my digestive issues so the grilled option is amazing for someone with my health issues. I received the FRIED chicken sandwich which I couldn't eat and had no choice to throw away. I made sure to take a picture of the item next to the recipe to show it's not what I ordered before throwing it away. On my next break I called and was told I could not get the proper order I paid for but I can have a certificate because I have to bring the sandwich back. That is unfair to those of us who have to work I can't just keep the sandwich at my desk all day until my next break . I just want what I paid for THATS IT..

Drive thru line guy taking the orders needs to move up closer to the sign. He's all the way back by then curve and creating congestion to where cars are blocked in. Going inside doesn't really speed up the process because they're more focused on filling the mobile orders instead of the customers that came in and paid at the counter. They'll leave the bags up there even though your bag is filled and wait until they can move all the orders out at once. Needs to be a better system in place. Need more people on the morning shift to assist with the breakfast rush. Food is always good, but I dread dealing with some of the staff there because they have zero sense of urgency at all....
