I usually love this location and most of the time service and food is great! But lately in the drive thru they’ve been messing up my orders somehow, even though they read the order back and it’s correct. For example, I ordered a number 8 meal but instead was given an 8 count nugget meal even though the employee said number 8 meal when she confirmed the order … I usually would not care (I love their nuggets lol) but now it’s been 3 times that they have messed up this exact order. I made a complaint through the app but since it automatically refunds you an item from your order, I figured my feedback wouldn’t get to an actual human so hopefully this gets seen. I doubt I’m the only person this has happened to given it’s happened a few times now and I understand mistakes happen. Hopefully this can be rectified so I can continue to visit my favorite Chick-fil-A location!

I have ordered the same thing 4 times in the last month and each time my order has been wrong. I ordered grilled nuggets and Mac and cheese and it has never been correct at this location. I will not continue to come here if they consistently get orders wrong even though I live and work next to this location.

No separate drive thru for online orders, so there's no point in using the app at this location. It will only make you late. Also, it's a challenge to exit the drive thru with traffic pulling in off of Countryside, traffic pulling out of Wawa, and the CROSSWALK CROSSING THE DRIVE THRU. This store has been closed to remodel the drive thru more than once and it still the worst I've experienced.

We have been regular customers all along and I look forward to the chicken tortilla soup and generally enjoy it, but at $8.69 a bowl and only 3qtrs full and a smaller bowl there are lots of options, disappointing 😞

A few years ago I was going through the drive thru ordering a shake for my Dad and I. I mentioned that my father was going through chemotherapy as I was holding back tears. I knew he was going to pass soon. When I pulled up to get my order, about 5 or 6 young men and women employees came out and surrounded my car and PRAYED. I still get choked up telling the story. It was so very sweet and magical. My father held on another few months and got to enjoy a few more delicious shake's from this chick fil a. Thanks to that awesome crew for the kindness you showed that day!!!!! ❤️ Christ is King! 🌟
