After a nice time out with Wifey and my stepson at pier 60, we came to this establishment for dinner. From the beginning, I felt uncomfortable due to the layer of dust I saw on the banister that separates the two sides. Since we love chilis and we were introducing our son to the establishment, we decided to overlook it. Upon receiving our food from several individuals as a team effort, we said a prayer and began what we thought would be our enjoyment. After consuming some of his food, [ Quesadillas of some sort ] our son found some type of hair baked on his food. We shared it with our server not only in a quiet and respectful manner, but more importantly, in a Godly manner. We gave it to her to present to her manager on duty. The manager on duty came over and apologized and comped our sons meal. At this point, our enjoyment was over -Thanks for the disappointment / unwanted gift as well as the loud music playing in the kitchen to which can be heard clearly on the patrons' side - [ We sat on the bar side ] The only positives were our servers - Thanks!' & God bless!' This was definitely a one and done at this location -

I guess I'm used to the Chili's from where I live at. This place was far from what a Chili's should be. Had to stand and wait to be seated. The people whom was in front of my girlfriend and I had to go find a patron to seat them before us.The food was less than quality than should have been. After we were seated had to use the restroom. My girlfriend and I both had response on the cleanliness of the restrooms. FAR FROM UMMMM.... CLEAN!!! Looked like they haven't been cleaned in a long time. Mold and ummm... Dirtiness kinda lot stood out tremendously. The only reason I gave the stars that I have done was because of the person that took our order.

Fortunately for this restaurant, when we ate here a few months ago we did not leave a review. Chili's has been one of my favorite chains since I started going many years ago back in Ohio. Moved close to this location and for the first time was disappointed in the food. The ribs, my fave, were not cooked well, mediocre at best. Service wasn't the best, either. Bad enough the we traveled quite a ways to a different location next time where the food/service was better. Decided to give them another try recently and had a much better experience. Reading the other reviews it is obvious this is a hit-or-miss location. Not sure how to explain that, but I'm bummed to think I'm going to be disappointed roughly a third of the time.

Chili's (for me) has been a consistent go to. The Southwest egg rolls, The Fajitas and the Triple Dipper remain classics that rarely (if ever) miss. Not to mention the occasional freebies emailed, (Like chips and salsa) are always a welcomed warm-
Sucked. The whole meal was awful. Ribs came cold like fresh out of the fridge cold. The waitress talked and talked but didn't listen. Had the free chips and salsa coupon. She saw it and said cool you guys got the free chips and salsa and never brought it. Food was the worst I've ever had. ? won't be going back

Chili`s Clearwater,FLWe went for lunch today to this Clearwater Chili`s with our friends, we use to love this place but recent few visits was so disappointing. First this Chili's still have bad smell.We like a baby back ribs with coleslaw the ribs one side burned the other side half done and dry. The coleslaw no longer available. My friend ribs was cold the waitress reheated but until the side dish got cold. We spent over $100.00 on food. We will not recommend to friend and family this Chili`s and definitely not going back ever this place.
