I spent $80 getting Chinese food from here so I would’ve thought they paid attention and got my order correct but they didn’t. They forgot my tofu and my rice and they messed up a whole order and gave me sweet-and-sour chicken and noodles when I asked for beef and broccoli mix I’m not satisfied and I wouldn’t recommend going here. I can’t get a refund because it was through DoorDash and I already gave them one star review on there, but I’m just disappointed. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered Sam thing we have for past 2 years and what a disappointment. Mongolian beef has no green pepper and tasted sweet not spicy. Seafood medley had imitation crab that was like playdough not fish. Bourbon chicken was soso. Not sure if owners change or what but definitely not going back.

I paid quite a bit over 50$ for 3 entries and less than pint serving of rice. Then upon arriving home open the beef and broccoli to green fishy smelling beef so slimey and stinky I literally gagged and had to throw it Way immediately. Absolutely will.never go Herr again

We started ordering from China 88 within the last year & really like it. It's obviously not breaking any new ground, but our orders are always consistent & tasty & prepared quickly. We usually place online order from pick up/take out & practically always get the same thing: Egg Roll, Crab Rangoon or Fried Wontons, Pork Lo Mein, Chicken or House Fried Rice, General Tso's Chicken, & Sesame Chicken or Beef & Broccoli. I know, pretty basic, but it's reliable & we've never had any issues.
I wouldn't normally even try a restaurant rated less than 4 stars, but a trusted friend recommended this place and it has not disappointed us yet. The service is friendly and helpful. At this point, they remember our order 😂. My partner orders beef chop suey and I typically order Singapore noodles at medium spicy. Both are consistently delicious. We also usually get spring rolls and a side of sweet and sour sauce and they are also good. Tonight, I ventured out and tried the Sesame Chicken. It was exactly as the menu described: crispy texture, flavorful. China 88 offers great food at a great price and excellent service!

I’ve been disappointed twice now but not again. Both their lo mein and fried rice have no vegetables or egg whatsoever except for a ton of onions. The chicken wings were well cooked and tasted good but not full wings, just 6 pieces so pretty expensive for less than 3 whole wings. Won’t be back

Absolutely HORRIBLE food and experience. I bought some Sweet n Sour Shrimp to go and went home to eat. It was like uncooked DONUTS with flimsy, tiny shrimp buried somewhere inside the gummy dough and a side of canned sauce!

But it was late. I was tired, I hadn't eaten all day, and I didnt want to go through the trouble of leaving my house again so I tried to eat it-- digging the micro shrimp out of the massive dough and leaving the doughy remains in the box.
About 5 shrimp in, my stomach was literally starting to turn and i just couldn't force myself to eat one more bite.
I called them and told them what I was dealing with and they told me to bring it back. I got up, left my house, got BACK in my car and drove ALL the way BACK, only to have them get COMBATIVE with me about having eaten some of it!
They were SO DISRESPECTFUL! SO UNBELIEVABLY PETTY! They didnt even want to EXCHANGE it for anything else! I had to NEGOTIATE for a PARTIAL ORDER of something else!!!

I called the neighbor who I knew had eaten there before and she said she'd only ever gotten ONE thing from there. Imagine! A whole restaurant with only ONE decent thing!
