Chipotle Mexican Grill

The brown rice I received was undercooked and very hard to chew. I also selected extra lettuce and veggies, but the portion I got was extremely small — definitely not “extra.” The whole bowl felt poorly prepared and inconsistent with Chipotle’s usual standards.

I hope the team can take this seriously and improve the quality control. Thank you.

Terrible place. Very dirty people not friendly. They put only 3 pieces of chicken so I asked for a little more and they charged me extra. Discussing this place. So disappointed

The line was long and slow. There were no kids chips, even though it was a school fundraiser night, with lots of families with kids. I asked if we could substitute one regular bag of chips for the kids to split instead of the 2 bags of kids chips. I was told no. I guess no chips for kids tonight. The guy in the the line didn't put tortillas in one kid's taco box. (Luckily I noticed and said something.) The girl at the register was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I've only been here a few times, and each time the customer service is just terrible. It's almost to the point where I feel like whoever does their hiring specifically only hires the people with the worst possible customer service mindset they can find. This is why we go to Moe's across the street for this type of food 99% of the time.

The worst Chipotle I've been to, I was sick for three days after 🤢, likely from cross contamination as I only got the veggie bowl ... Food was thrown all over the counter, and in each other's containers. I was charged guac for the veggie bowl (it comes with it). The employees were *blasting* explicit rap music, big led speaker visible in the back area. Staff rolled their eyes when I reminded them about the guac., and then no apology for being overcharged. Thankfully I was only passing through, I won't return.

My food was amazing! I got a double protein chicken and steak bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, fajita veggies, cheese, hot sauce, and romaine with a side of queso. Very balanced macros and I would definitely get this again. My only complaint is that the people who were making my bowl were very fast and they got some other ingredients into my bowl (ex a small amount of white rice and sofritas) it was not a problem for me, but I could see this being an issue for someone with dietary restrictions.

Ordered pick up on line for 12:30PM, I did not get my food until 1:00PM. People would come and go with their orders, and I would be still be standing there for my food. And whoever gave us our food just basically threw is at us, very busy when I was there, but like I said, everyone in line and pick up would get their orders. Not to mention their attitude and smirky smiles they had. If I could leave no stars I would.

Ordered in app - arrived and there is not one other person in the entire restaurant yet they are still working on it. I end up waiting over 15min. Nobody apologizes for the wait or checks on the status the entire time. Three employees just stand there doing nothing. I tried to submit feedback in the app of the delayed order and it says my order was delivered on time which is false. What is the point of ordering ahead of time?

This is the best Chipotle I’ve ever gotten the chance to experience and fully immerse myself in my entire 5 years of eating chipotle. I got the carnitas bowl and the carnitas was cooked to perfection , with the absolute most elite and high skilled detail for meat tenderness. A bite out of the guacamole felt like walking through the Amazon forest and inhaling the refreshing leaves and trees . But the icing on top must be talked about .. the Queso . They do NOT play about that queso. It was the perfect cheesy to drippy ratio and tasted like ancient Mexican grandmas infused into one . The cheese itself on the bowl was warm but not too stringy , other places I’ve been to always has cold cheese and it’s the worse . Their tomatoes were not too juicy and overpowering which I respect so much from this location . This was a perfect meal after a long day at Clearwater beach and for them to be so conveniently located here to deliver such a chiefs kiss type of meal was truly one of a kind . The black grandma worker who was cleaning and so studious at work making sure the plants outside were clean and well kept. The best chipotle you’ll ever get to experience in the world possibly , this comes from a 5 year veteran in the chipotle world . Trust me . Give them every dollar you have left .
