Long story short- I got a steak and chicken bowl doordashed yesterday. The steak was funky and basically raw. This is not the first time I got steak at this location that was bad. The veggies were undercooked. Then I pulled a hair out of the bowl. I called back and the girl who answered the phone had very poor customer service skills.It was still bothering me today so I stopped in and spoke with a manager, and thankfully he gave me a refund and was kind about it.Then a few hours ago, I was hit with food poisoning. The only thing I ate yesterday was this some of this chipotle bowl. I am definitely paying for it now.Something is wrong at this location. I dont think they handle the food properly here. I eat chipotle multiple days a week every week, but the food at this location is different than other locations.

I am a vegan of 12 years, eating at chipotle quite often. This location put a ping pong sized ball of chicken in my single veggie taco. I was disappointed but okay with it, as I had chips and guac to eat too. Come to find out, my guacamole was loaded with mozzarella cheese, at least 4 pieces before I stopped investigating. This restaurant does not care about cross contamination. Won’t be back.

Im seeing these negative reviews, but I think maybe the manager got fired or they hired new staff. My mom specifically asked me to leave a review because the young men working here were so kind and efficient! It's rare to see hard workers these days. (Feb 28th at 9PM). They really were hard working and kind and the place was spotless! It's a normal Chipotle but wanted to throw this squad some praise
This is the closest chipotle to me and i swear every time i come to this one i regret it. The service is absolutely garage, it’s disgusting in there and they take so long. Waited over 30 minutes for an order made online as all the workers are in the back goofing off . There is no structure or any managerial support.. take the time to go to another location..

This specific Chipotle is ALLERGY FRIENDLY!!I have food allergies and I am always worried about Chipotle messing up my burrito like I have experienced in the past however I told the staff about my allergies and they immediately changed gloves, cleaned off the station and made sure to make me a clean allergy free burrito and making sure to take extra precautions. Thank you to the staff, especially Andy Mancilla and Kobe Nunez, for making my dinner amazing and 110% Safe while I visit Clearwater, Florida. I highly recommend this Chipotle location to anyone with food allergies as they will take care of you.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options like lettuce, guacamole, corn, onions, cheese and moreDietary restrictions: Can cater to allergiesParking: Easy free parking right in frontKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes
