Got 2 bowls delivered from doordash! Rice was hard and inedible. Tried to contact the store directly and could not get passed the AI system. I emailed them directly and was told take it up with doordash. What lousy customer service!!! I will take my business elsewhere!

Been here a few dozen times. It has become better in the last couple years. Employees are very pleasant and they are generous with the toppings, which makes the meal more valuable. Always been very clean.

The manager, Christian, really helped me out. I needed to feed 20 hungry men and didn’t call ahead for a catering order. He was able to work something out for me and take care of me! Definitely recommend him and his crew here! Thanks so much Christian!

Ordered a Barbacoa burrito bowl today, it was extremely salty- not edible. I want to know what happened with the food. Did you guys put a bag of salt in the rice and beef? This is not my first time getting very salty food from Chipotle but this is unacceptable

I have been to this location many times and have never felt the need to leave a negative comment until today 10/18/25. My server was a guy with dark hair and a very full beard. First he, adjusted his glasses with his gloved hand, then used same hand not serving utensil to level my rice in my bowl. Next the amount of chicken was very skimpy. I told him would pay for extra chicken. After thinking about what I saw, using his hands and full uncovered beard, I opted not to get my order. It's unfortunate because I really like Chipotle, but don't want to risk getting a food borne illness or finding hair in my food.

Incompetence in the phone app, so you go directly to the store, and they won’t sell you "a quesadilla" because it’s not in their system. Worth mentioning that they tell you they won’t sell it after making you wait for more than 10 minutes. I do not recommend it.

Horrible service. I don’t get how hard it is to be kind to someone. Standing there for a while till someone showed up to pay for my food. She saw me and only came cause it was backed up. Rather drive farther then go here.

Very negative experience. So bad it was surreal. I don't know why I didn't just walk away without paying.

Here's the highlights:

- Service was unfriendly and slow. There was no line, but we still had to wait, and the staff was unpleasant.
- Food was prepared very sloppily, and in particular, the burrito was rolled badly.
- We were charged for a drink that we assumed was a substitute for a missing kid size cup. Later, we realized it had been charged separately. Also, we were charged for the wrong, more expensive kid's meal.
- The included chips for the kid's meal were missing because they were out of chips, and we weren't even told they were unavailable until I ordered other chips right before paying.
- Sweeping had been left unfinished, with food and dirt piled next to a dustbin and left in the center of the walkway.
- The kid's meal was placed in the wrong size bag **upside down**, causing salsa to spill everywhere inside. We only noticed because the bag was soaked through and salsa was dripping in my car. :(

I regret paying for the food and ended up throwing it out.

It wasn't just a waste of time and money, it was actively frustrating. The bright side is we caught the spilling salsa in time and could clean my car before it soaked in.
