Incompetence in the phone app, so you go directly to the store, and they won’t sell you "a quesadilla" because it’s not in their system. Worth mentioning that they tell you they won’t sell it after making you wait for more than 10 minutes. I do not recommend it.

Horrible service. I don’t get how hard it is to be kind to someone. Standing there for a while till someone showed up to pay for my food. She saw me and only came cause it was backed up. Rather drive farther then go here.

It's been a few years since I've had Chipotle 🤷, it was so good! super glad we got lunch there today, worth every penny. Yum!!!

Very negative experience. So bad it was surreal. I don't know why I didn't just walk away without paying.

Here's the highlights:

- Service was unfriendly and slow. There was no line, but we still had to wait, and the staff was unpleasant.
- Food was prepared very sloppily, and in particular, the burrito was rolled badly.
- We were charged for a drink that we assumed was a substitute for a missing kid size cup. Later, we realized it had been charged separately. Also, we were charged for the wrong, more expensive kid's meal.
- The included chips for the kid's meal were missing because they were out of chips, and we weren't even told they were unavailable until I ordered other chips right before paying.
- Sweeping had been left unfinished, with food and dirt piled next to a dustbin and left in the center of the walkway.
- The kid's meal was placed in the wrong size bag **upside down**, causing salsa to spill everywhere inside. We only noticed because the bag was soaked through and salsa was dripping in my car. :(

I regret paying for the food and ended up throwing it out.

It wasn't just a waste of time and money, it was actively frustrating. The bright side is we caught the spilling salsa in time and could clean my car before it soaked in.

Food tasted off, waited forever to be checked out, dirtiest fast food place I’ve ever stepped foot in. Go to the one on gulf to bay trust me.

I got food poisoning and was sick for 3 days

Place is completely trashed, every table dirty, every trash overflowing and the employees could care less. Chipotle is going down to the drain…. Don’t forget they keep raiding their prices “corporate greed”

This location is the dirtiest Chipotle I ever went too😭 disgusting.

You’d better get on this quickly. We were in line, many workers buzzing around. One woman was taking orders and preparing them. As we stood in line a male worker walked up next to the woman preparing and sprayed some cleaner VERY close to where food was being prepared. Many of us walked out, no plans to return there for sure!

The worst place ever. The whole restaurant was dirty. Not one table was clean. The counter where they served the food needed to be wiped down before they served another plate.Ask management if he could have someone clean the tables..girl came out and cleaned the table that I was standing by the she disappeared . The tables were never clean while I was there. Took one bite of the food and throw it away. Will never go back..

This location constantly runs out of food before the end of day. If you are open till 10 you should have your full menu available till then. Avoid this location at all costs if you happen to want dinner latter then sooner.

Chips were stale got charged for guacamole and did not get any sad the quality is really bad and the rice was crunchy
