This place is filthy!The food prep area was completely cross contaminated. The tables, the garbage cans, the floor were all overflowing with food and wrappers napkins, you name it. I’m not sure why they don’t clean this place but it’s a Health, inspectors nightmare. We never ordered from this Chipotle we just walked out.

I use to love this location but the last few weeks I’ve been here twice and it’s sooooo dirty I won’t be returning. They definitely don’t do any cleaning.. and the 2nd time I ordered to go and I get home open my chicken bowl and there’s no chicken on it. They need to start over with a whole new staff

If I could give it zero stars I would. This place was so dirty! I’m noticing all the reviews on how dirty this place is and no one is doing anything about it. That’s a shame.

It is an unpleasant and unhygienic place, the floors are full of food, the bathrooms are pissed and dirty, the garbage overflows and is not collected by the employees.

I have given this chipotle multiple chances but it has not gotten any better. I walked in knowing that I was going to regret my decision coming to this location and I walked out regretting it. The atmosphere feels so uneasy in this chipotle to the point that you actually feel bad for the people that work here, you can tell that in no way shape or form that they enjoy their jobs. The food line is absolutely disgusting splattered with food everywhere which is just unacceptable when it comes to food safety and overall just really gross. The workers rush so quickly to get your order done it doesn't feel like they are giving it enough attention which overall brings down the quality and portion size. Last I checked this was not a Starbucks nor is it "fast food" to the point that the workers are trying to go so fast to appease their manager who was on the register that they end up just throwing stuff everywhere. It's pure chaos and I have witnessed this multiple times at this location. It needs to be said that this is not it. Not only is food safety and cleanliness a big problem at this location but the service and quality is lacking as well. I feel so bad for all the employees that work here except for the manager that in no way shape or form seems like she is a good leader. This needs to be addressed, I thought maybe I was just unlucky every time I come in here but after reading the google reviews it seems like a vast majority of people that come to this location are having the same exact issues. There is no way you can uphold a proper staff and a food management certification with the way this place is running.

Tables were dirty, not wiped. We could not sit outside since tables were unclean, the tables inside were also dirty. We were one of the first customers for the day at about 10.50 am. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, the response was defensive and that they use the whole restaurant for prepping food in the morning and so the uncleanliness!!! This used to be a very well run, clean place but wonder what has gone wrong.

I’ve never had to walk out of chipotle eight out of 10 times they get it right but today I just had to walk away very disappointed in this chipotle. I’ll make the drive to the other one before I come back here.
