Used to be 5 stars for this spot but. The last year of 2024 I've not had pleasant experiences. From no ice, no tea, no hot sauce, lack of ingredients we want and overall low portions. Ontop of chipotles corporate price increases. I've been here for lunches and after work to find the place a mess, and dining in almost a wreck to have happen. Priority seems to be given to online orders instead of the people at the counter. Updated to 1 star. 5th time in a row, they have no iced tea here during their lunch period.

Once you enter the food smells delicious, but not all restaurants are the same, there are some that are cleaner than others, and they do not taste the same, in some the guacamole 🥑 is delicious, with its exact acidity point, but others not so much . But it is good food

Absolute WORST Chipotle I’ve ever been to! The rice was not even cooked throughly. The place was disgusting and had food everywhere! The manager was sitting in the lobby on his phone, while stuffing his face with burritos. I can’t even make this up. Don’t waste your time!

Been so inconsistent lately, just can’t get a good bowl anymore. Also, there’s been mold in the ice past two times I went. Y’all need to clean that machine
I ordered online and paid $27 for missing items and a hard-dried-out burrito. I tried to call the store and they want you to go on the website and state your issue. They do not care about the food quality or making sure you get what you paid for.
They replied back with giving me a free drink and a free burrito shell. This place is a joke. I already have that with the reward points I have. How about a refund for the food I didn't receive? I will never go back to this location again. lol
