The servings of guacamole here are so sad. Definitely ask for a side if you want more than one bite with guac in it. The food is pretty good otherwise but the staff are routinely apathetic or appear annoyed. It’s a weird spot. I’d pick another place if you have the option.

Stingiest location ever not sure what they tell new hires when they onboard but if I pay $6 for an extra scoop of meat, they should give the same scoop size as the first, instead of getting a second, already weak scoop, shaking off some meat then adding what amounts to as half of a real scoop to my meal. Happens at specifically this location about half the time I’m about to start driving further to a more consistent franchise

I ordered double meat, paid for double meat. I received half of that. I asked if I could get what I paid for, it looked exactly the same as the person I was with who ordered a normal amount. I was told that I was wrong and that it’s company policy and I cannot have any more than what was given. When I asked for what’s the difference I was just told this is as much as I’m getting. I’ve been going to chipotle for years and I know very well what a double order normally looks like. Very disappointed with this location and the very rude customer service I was provided. Payed an extra $7 for extra and got someone who just seemed like they hated their job and didn’t want to be there to be rude and charge me for something I did not get.

No more quesadillas over the counter, can only order online. Only menu item I got. Not going back until this is changed.
Also for some reason this location always seems to have stale chips for the last year of service ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I used to come here after working out but clearly the management has given up. Portions are small now and the staff looks like deer in headlights when you tell them what you want in a bowl. I’m not paying $15 for a bowl that’s half the size a $9 bowl used to be 5 years ago. The new shawarma place opened next to this location so they’ll get my business now

09/12/2025 stopped in for lunch to try the Carne Asada bowl which replaced the Chipotle Honey Chicken. It was ok but really didn't have a lot of marinated flavor compared to their usual flavored proteins. The worst part was there was some fatty grit in some of the meat, not all but I finally got tired of it and pulled it out of my mouth. I probably won't be trying that again, I'd rather do the Chicken or Barbacoa. Please, please bring back the Chipotle Honey Chicken sooner than later. Sorry to include the pics of the fatty grit. I did it to show that it wasn't great and it was there.
Another Chipotle Honey Chicken bowl that was delicious, I've been ordering this every time I come in and I'm sad to see it going because it had just the right kind of flavor and spice. The cook said a new menu item is coming out soon to replace it and it was good but wouldn't tell me because it hasn't yet been released. Anyhow I like this for a quick Mexican meal or as close to Mexican as you can get in Florida.

It is disgusting how there is sour cream, or tomatoes, or lettuce all over the counter and NO ONE CHANGES THERE GLOVES! after touching all that stuff when it comes to making the next persons food. Definitely a health violation and careless of the employees not to recognize this.
