I'm sad to say that this particular location is really struggling. I had a few issues with the party but that was on my end. I'm just mostly disappointed that now when you do a birthday party and you get the 2 hours of game time that you can no longer pause your timer!! So like most parties we would play for an hour and then we take a break to eat and do the cake and do presents and pause the card you can no longer do that! So we would lose almost half of our 2-hour game timer. Now on to the actual games..... Literally four games in a row I went to play we're broken! The buttons kept sticking on several different games to the point where they were unplayable, the lever got stuck on the game you pull it down on. Flappy Bird button you couldn't push it it would just get stuck and then would say game over. On the race car particular game the wheel would just spin in circles around and around and around so there's no actually driving the vehicle. It just made me super super sad that so many games are run down. Several of the ski balls were missing ski balls so you couldn't even complete the game.I know they're old and been there for a very long time cuz I used to go there when I was a kid and I've been bringing my kids there for over 20 years. However there shouldn't be that many broken games and be unable to pause the 2-hour timer card. ON A GOOD NOTE, EVERY SINGLE WORKER I CAME IN CONTACT WITH WAS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL,❤️ so that definitely made a difference. I

We did a 7th birthday party here and the kids had a great time. Jonathan was a great host he was fun and engaging. The kids get a lot of stuff with the party deal including food and drinks and we loved how it was all taken care of . My only negative would be that several parties run at the same time side by side at the tables making it not personal experience for your child and it becomes loud and run together and when the characters come out for the dance and show it’s a mess with 3 party groups all trying to run up at once . Also singing happy birthday to all the groups stars at same time was less meaningful and our birthday child didn’t know if this was even happening for him or another group and was confused as were we…Parties should be kept more seperate to ensure each child gets a special experience preferably at different times. Otherwise it was fun and a good time by all we would likely come back .

Very disappointed in the trampoline area that cost additional money to get in plus the ridiculous purchase of CEC socks at $12.50 a pair! (We saw a child with her own socks being kicked out.) When my kids were little they had the tunnels for the kids to play in when tokens ran out. Not anymore! Absolutely NOTHING is free or even reasonably priced. I'm just glad my grandbabies (ages 2 and 1) got a few jumps in before we realized it was extra!! 🤦♀️

The food quality is literally bad. The wings are overpriced not warm and absolutely tasteless. Pizza taste like a cardboard warmed up in a microwave. The entire place is dirty as hell. Restrooms need more attention.

We went for their homeschool day where kids can play unlimited games for 90 minutes. My 10 and 16 year olds had a great time. The staff was friendly. The machines seemed to be in good repair. It felt clean. And 90 minutes was the perfect amount of time. We'll be back for sure!

If you have 40 dollars or less don't expect for your kid to play a bunch of games. You need to have way more money than that. The bounce area is a nice touch it's 11$ all day . Some of the bounce area attendants are very nice and accommodating. Food is good but overpriced.
