Only marked it 4 stars because several of the games were not working. The pizza is fabulous here and generally the games are really fun. I am an adult and went with my kid for a birthday party and they did a great job for the party.

Pros: The kids enjoyed themselves.Chuck E. has been refreshed. New clothes and looks fit sporty. LolCons: The amount of time our little one's received on their rides were oftentimes, literally 60 seconds.Chuck E. Cheese needs to enforce a dress code for teens and adults (sadly)The amount of T & A openly displayed in the children's fun place is disgraceful! People should be decent and not practically naked!Overall, the kids enjoyed themselves. The food was okay.Vegetarian options: Salad bar (overpriced)Parking: It's in a business plaza so there is more than enough parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of disabled parking and wheelchair access to this and other businesses.

When we arrived there we had to wait nearly 10 minutes before anyone showed up to take our order. We ordered an extra large and paid 4 dollars more for the same size pizza as a large only to be cut into smaller slices. Their entertainment really wasn't that good and needless to say I probably won't be going back anytime soon. Don't waste your money. It ain't worth it.

Pretty unfortunate policy they cannot put signs on broken games.justifications were poor, hardly get refund, some games impossible to get the prize. While I understand there should be an effort it looks more like cheating…. C’mon for a kid they send all credits/tokens and get barely something …. DisappointingAfter asking multiple times along the 2 hours, just one game were fixed the others just continued grabbing kids points … event they do not even work /were reported by multiple frustrated parents and guardians ….If the goal is making kids feel welcome, you may start with the basis, the games should work, also pretty cold /robotic / zombie answers from the employees …. Clearly looking for other options next time…

Too many people and they make u pay $1 to have a card to load with money to play. They choose to have the card instead of coins, so they shouldn't charge u for the stupid card. I'll take her to Celebration Station next time.

Many things not working- when scanning card will take points, but games wont work. Brought to employees attention- no help. Skeet ball machines half didnt work- or only had one ball? We were the only ones in there on Fri afternoon 3ish. You would think they would of been a little more helpful, compensate for not one down machine but many.

Great place. But it has changed since my birthday. I miss the Studio C Chuck E. Cheese animatronic.Also, are mascots available for the next time I visit? I'm just wondering because I've been wanting to meet Helen, Bella, and Jasper.Oh, and thanks for the Gumballs cutie beans, Helen.

The kids were so sad they removed the animatronics!! Now it’s just like every other arcade. May as well go to celebration station, they have a lot more activities, including go karting :)

Last time I went to one of these was many years ago in NJ. It was dingy and run down so I was not looking forward to this birthday party my 4 year old was invited to...I was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean the games were fun. Great mascot work for the kids. The person at the front door was always watching the gate and making sure the child was leaving with the correct parent.Didn't try the food but the wings looked good. We may do our 5th birthday there.
