Couldnt be more dissapointed at a cicis. BEWARE please I beg you go somewhere else. This is not the one, just one problem after the next here. The buffet was empty, the games didnt work and the front was aweful. I wasted a trip coming again please dont make my mistake.

Kid-friendliness: The game room is not expensive and it kept our kids busy for at least 2 hours they age from 3 yrs old to 18 yrs old each had about $20,00 cards and I think some still left with money on their cards and one of my grandchildren is handicapped in a wheel chair he's 5 yrs old and still had a great time playing and his cousins helped him when needed but plenty of room for him to maneuver his wheelchair around

My neice had her 11th birthday party here tonight. The service was excellent, food was delicious & the game room was surprisingly big. We had a blast. Thanks to the staff & Omar for giving us a wonderful experience 😊

Always an amazing experience, pizza is always fresh and tastes great. It can be a little crowded at times but it’s worth every penny. The arcade is really cool too, I love to take my kid. They really enjoy the games especially air hockey.

Great buffet with salad, pasta and just about any flavor pizza you could want. Employee was efficiently clearing tables and did it with a smile! By the time we left the line was out the door.

Good people come here... but the quality of the food has dwindled over the past 5 years. The arcade is what drew me to bring my kids. It seemed like half of the games they wanted to play were broken because of the card system they implemented. Just give us coins and let the games play

We went for early dinner and we had a great experience. The food was good as well as the service. Jalisa and the entire cicis pizza was great. I asked for them to put on a football game, which I'm sure they don't like doing since it would encourage people to sit and eat for longer, but they didn't have the channel so I was about to stream it from my phone to their TV! They never made an issue with it and actual kept asking if we got it to work. We would definitely go back! Thanks to the staff for an amazing experience.

I haven’t been to Cici’s in probably 15 years. Was recommended because of how much it changed. My daughter loved it and wanted her birthday party there (she turned 6). Ended up having around 20 or so people, got our own private area up stairs, and the kids got like an hour and a half or something game time. It was a blast. Staff was nice and friendly and the kids were busy with the arcade area. Not to bad on the wallet compared to places like Chuck E. Cheese. Would highly recommend for parties or just to let your children get their energy out. I’ll be back
