Unprofessional & rude! As much as I love this place…I will never go back. I was in line for quite some time with two employees working. One busy making an order. The young lady brings a customer over to ring up. When she’s done she looks @ me & walks away without even saying a word. Had she acknowledged me I would have stayed in line.

My pregnant wifey had a craving for Cinnabon and I rushed over at closing. Maddie helped me out with rapid and friendly customer service, even though it was closing time. She’s a great rep for the store. Much recommended for a yummy cinnamon sugar treat!

On this day 11.08.25 I went to purchase one regular sized cinnamon roll, the cup in Cinnabon center pieces and 1 Iced lemonade. The 2 workers behind the counter in my opinion shouldn’t be working together the girl was being instructed to do her duties and she’s rolling her eyes catching an attitude with her peer. He even looked uncomfortable and when we noticed her attitude he redirected himself and said “well I’m just telling you for future reference is all I’m sorry” all while servicing me causing her energy or attitude that was towards him or she brought it onto me eg: I can take your order over , Is that it or what else ? not focusing not communicating very short with smart / quick responses she almost spilled my drink twice. They didn’t have any forks either. I didn’t leave a tip and I’m a healthcare worker it’s instilled in me to have customer service and be nice no matter what’s going on. Also the food I ordered over and undercooked it was super doughy in the middle and the center pieces item had been sitting out for quite some time. I go to that mall all the time and it’s never been that bad

Overheard some of the nastiest comments from a gentlemen with orange hair and glasses, who was belittling a woman with her children. If this is the kind of people you hire at this establishment, just shut down the business itself. I doubt whoever’s in charge has any care. Some of the rudest, foul mouthed people I’ve ever witnessed.

I used to think the Cinnabon at Broadway Mall in NY was the bottom of the barrel… until I met its evil twin at Countryside Mall in Clearwater, FL. The staff looked like they were being held hostage by frosting—zero smiles, zero interest, just a whole lot of “why am I even here?” energy. And the cinnamon roll? Dry, sad, and barely kissed by icing. I’ve had more excitement unboxing socks. Truly one of the most disappointing Cinnabon adventures of my life. Bravo, Countryside—new record unlocked!

Terrible customer service stood waiting (no line) for 5 minutes I finally asked if they were open which the employee replied.. ya but I have to do this. Waited another min before walking away ... terrible. My daughter kept begging so sent my husband back over again.... wait to be treated poorly

Completely disappointed with Cinnabon ( your specific location)...in the past Cinnabon has always given nurses a free roll during nurses week. Today I was told it wasn't free but $1.00 off!! You are kidding me right?? Cinnabon supports and it's name is ALL over the DAISY award, that is awarded to a NURSE that has gone above and beyond for their patients, and your location doesn't have the decency to award the nurses in the bay area but yet only give them a $1.00 off.
