Terrible customer service every time I've been here. Tried three times, and it's the same miserable attitudes. If you hate dealing with people, this isn't the job for you.

Wow ..stop it!! These rolls are literally the BEST cinnamon rolls I have EVER eaten!! If I could shout it louder I would. The rest of my shopping trip to the mall was ok. I saw a basic jean jacket for 250.00 and thought how happy I was to pay so little for cinnamon perfection!!

The food we ordered was great as usual! The service, however, is more than underground! After my selection wasn't quick enough for the young man behind the counter and he had to wait a moment, he warmed up the snails. His nice colleague processed the payment in the meantime, here I adapted the tipping suggestion to the young man's behavior. When he saw the lower-than-suggested tip, he slammed the bag of cinnamon rolls on the counter and disappeared without a word!

Here the management should pay a little more attention to the selection of personnel and the appearance!

First of all, the girl that worked there put a sign up that they would be back in 10 minutes and she didn't come back til 30 minutes later!!! On top of that, she had such a bad attitude like she hated her life and hated her job! It's not other people's fault that you hate your job!! The customer service was HORRIBLE! This girl needs to be FIRED!!

I have gotta share something that's been weighing heavy on my mind and soul. See, I got this thing where I can only eat food if it's wrapped up in jello. It's a weird deal, I know. But blueberry jello, man, that's my jam. It's been that way since I was knee-high in the Macon City jello factory back in Iowa. Back then, my ol pap, God rest his soul, used to put all the food he made me in jello cause of a rare bone disease I got as a kid. Jello has animal bone marrow, it's like medicine for me, kept me going when I had no appetite and now it's the only way I care to eat.So there I was in the mall, just doing my Tuesday routine, swingin by Cinnabon after seein my girl at Pandora, when they hand me my roll, and it's in beautiful blue jello! And warm bone broth on the side for to me drink. I couldn't believe it, man. But then it hits me, ya know, they did it for me. They knew. And it just... it got me. Made me feel seen, cared for after all this time, shows how sweet they are.And I'm eatin my roll at the table for the first time, usually I gotta go home and labor the put the thing in jello, then, boom, I crunch down and I'm worried for a second there was a malfunction with the pastry but there's a freakin ring inside my mouth man! Turns out my girl, she's been plottin with em, and she pops the question right then and there and I'm sittin there, tears in my eyes, ring in my hand, I say yes, of course.Now, here I am, sittin on my couch back at our apartment, tear stains on my shirt, thinkin about how a jelly roll changed my life. Me and my girl, we're gettin hitched this summer, and we're invitin all them Cinnabon folks. And get this, we're gonna have a cinnamon jello cake at the wedding. Life's a wild one, ain't it?

Scanner is always broken, so all coupon and app promotions don't work. Also, don't take cash. Employees seem like work is draining their lives. Cinnamon roles are good, so there's that.

Today, around 6 PM, I endured an exceptionally unpleasant encounter at this establishment, primarily due to the shocking behavior of a female employee sporting reddish-brown hair in a high bun. While I patiently waited at the counter, she not only ignored me but also threw down what she was working on while rolling her eyes, compelling me to initiate contact. Her eye-rolling and dismissive conduct were egregiously unprofessional. Despite my initial intention to make a purchase for my coworkers, her discourteous treatment ultimately drove me away. As a business professional myself, I strongly recommend reconsidering the employment of this individual, as her behavior significantly reflects poorly on the business and poses a risk of repelling potential customers.

It's crucial to underscore that this incident is not isolated; it marks the second time I've encountered such poor service from the same female employee. Her consistently dismissive attitude not only sullied my perception of the establishment but directly resulted in a loss of business whenever she is on duty. As a fellow manager, I urge a comprehensive review of her conduct, as it presents a substantial threat to the business's reputation and customer base.
