Good place! Amazing staff.

You can tell a place is well run when they have the same employees working there for 2+ years. Manley and Chyna are always friendly and welcoming. The place is always clean and the food is always perfect!

Been going here since I was a child. Always has been a good spot for Einsteins and they have had a couple management changes of course but the quality has never gone down and they will always make it right or offer some type of credit toward the store so I cant say anything wrong about this location. 🙏

Atrocious wait times. Utterly horrible.

Nothing wrong with this service or the product. The issue is, it's when companies like this. I want a tip for doing their job that they get paid. For that is my issue with corporations like this, they need to pay their employees more and stop making them beg for money

Zoe provided stellar service. My order took a little longer than expected; she went out of her way to make me comfortable and provided a coffe while I waited. She was efficient and kind. The service I needed on a Monday. THANKS

Was there around 9am. Bagels were hard and they tasted like white bread. I asked for a plain bagel with butter and American cheese, there was a small clump of butter on one piece and none on the other piece. I took one bite and threw it in garbage before I even got out of parking lot.

Staff is amazing. Food is good and orders get done quickly. I love the specialty bagels. Right now my favorite is biscuits and gravy

Awful rude experience. Terrible staff with condescending rude behavior. Will not use this location again.

Go pretty regularly and go served quickly.

I like how you can see the bagels up close in the display window. I got a nova lox sammie on a green chilie bagel and it was really good.

Management charging $1.10 up charge for 1 oz of almond milk in coffee is out of touch, vulgar, greedy!

Too many other morning choices that understand it doesn’t cost $35.20 for a quart of almond milk!

02-16-25: response to Einstein Bros response. Change the crazy up charge and I’ll update my review … otherwise what would an email to your customer support team do?

So I came here cause it close to my job asked for a toasted bagel & Lox all the way with light capers I got a regular bagel NOT toasted and I literally had to pick out all the capers out because they just overwhelmed the whole bagel. The other thing it wasn’t even busy in there, so it’s not like they were taking care of multiple people. Just a fail on there part or uncaring. Glad I don’t come here 1 time and already a bad experience.
