Crabby's Dockside Clearwater

We stopped by for a drink and ended up ordering food. Our server Sammy did a great job and made different recommendations for dinner. She suggested the triple shrimp plate and it was excellent.

The food is subpar. We got the hogfish which was supposed to have snow crab meat on top. There was maybe 1 leg worth of meat. For 38$ it's not worth it. The fries were the best part of the dish. Their calamari is cooked well but there was more onion rings than calamari. Their dressings and sauces are all good but the overall the dishes were not great.

Ashley and Brian did a fantastic job at the bar tonight. Our drinks were strong. Our food was delicious, we will definitely be back! No place we would go again at Clearwater beach!!!

Food was average. Service was terrible!!! Waited 20 minutes just to get drinks then almost an hour to get food. Appetizer came out with the meal. Never got refills or even asked. Had to grab a person seating people just to get condiments. Not worth the trip or the time !

On a visit to crabby‘s, where we were expecting to get quality seafood, two of the items were sold out so we were forced to go with a steak option. Although the steak was cooked to perfection and very flavorful, the two sides were ice cold. As well, our server never came back to check on us once the food had been delivered, making it impossible to share our displeasure with him.

We've tried Crabby's before in Daytona and liked it much better. All though the food was good here too the service was quite slow and inattentive. The floor was also super sticky which was a bit off putting. Took a long time for a server to acknowledge us and even longer to pay and leave.

For our dishes we had the Key West combo and the Cajun chicken linguine. The shrimp was by far the best in the combo. Lots of butter and grilled perfectly. The linguini was a good size and the sausage that came with it was delicious. Overall we'd go back to Crabby's but maybe not this location.

Was very good, got the salmon, grouper, and hushpuppies. The hushpuppies were a must have. Everything was delicious and our server was very friendly and attentive and was able to get a view of the sunset.

Wouldn’t recommend. Stopped in for dinner after the sunset (as a local who has been many times). Asked for the gluten free menu, and when we went to order the server the told us they actually got a new menu (that they don’t have) and none of the items on the gluten free menu are correct. Went to order grouper tacos but they no longer carry corn tortillas - which is very disappointing because their gf grouper tacos were the best in the area. Non gluten-free friend ordered chicken cutlets which came out as massive chicken strips. Would recommend somewhere else on the strip for better / accurate food descriptions and more gluten free accommodations.

Ordered one of their specialties. Grouper sandwich. Was very fishy tasting. Worst Grouper we've ever had. Took forever to get water and drinks -even asking multiple times for water.
Won't go back.

Stopped in for dinner and a drink.
Adela was our waitress and we were greeted and sat as soon as we entered.
We ordered the stuffed portobello appetizer before dinner and it came out very fast and was delicious!
My wife ordered the blackened mahi sandwich and I ordered the fried chicken sandwich. Both came with French fries that were crunchy and not greasy .
My wife also ordered a Painkiller and it came in a collectable cup that ypu can use at all their locations and get $10 refills.
Beautiful views of the sunset right from inside at our table.
It was my first time visiting since they built this one and hoped to see some familiar faces that worked at the one that was there before but many new faces.
Adela was a familiar face though (she has worked there since before the new one was built) and she was a great waitress !
I have to say , all the staff was smiling and very nice !
We will definately visit Crabby's Dockside more often !

Crabbys was a nice beach vibe with fresh food. I would choose Frenchys over it just because they had more options for the platters. Great location!
