Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Last two visits to this location, servers seemed uninterested in serving, out of many menu items and the ones that they had were not cooked with care, over cooked & dry. Fish also had an ammonia taste. Went in to have a family dinner with visiting family. won't go back.

Waiter was very attentive. Our favorite restaurant.

It's been ages since I've been to a Cracker Barrel, and I decided to come here with my grandmother while she was visiting. It's still got that vintage atmosphere that I've always loved growing up, and it felt cozy as always. The food was excellent, with me getting a saucy chicken sandwich, and my grandmother getting some grilled chicken fingers, and we both enjoyed it.

I wanted to give props to our waitress, Sydni (I may be misremembering the spelling, I apologize!) who was exceptionally kind and helpful. Big shout out to her for waiting on us! :)

A noisy zoo. Pancakes cool that the butter can't melt

Went there for a checkers set and ended having dinner. Hadn’t been to a Cracker Barrel in 10years. The waitress, isobella, took our drinks real fast and then just disappeared. After a little over 20 minutes I went to the front of the store to see if someone could send our waitress over to order. After she took the order I had to flag her down after another 15 minutes for bread. Then again to get utensils since we didn’t have anything for the butter and jam and a refill on drinks. Ended up using a crushed butter container as a knife since she never brought anything. When the food came after almost 1hr 20min. Still had to ask again for utensils since we never got that or napkins. The fried chicken and Mac and cheese were good the eggs were like rubber and steak tips were were seared to death. The long wait for food is understandable if the kitchens busy and to an extent the quality of the food since they may not have control over that but the service was pretty sad

It took so long to get our food. The waitress said that they only had 1 cook & the manager was helping him. The meatloaf was burnt & we told the waitress & nothing was done about it. It's obvious that they don't care about their customers. You should get a new manager in there that knows how to run a restaurant!

Ordered meatloaf and was told they didn’t have meatloaf @12:30pm on a Sunday and the hash brown casserole was cool and not all the way cooked.

The server was great but we waited 40 minutes to be told half our breakfast wasn't ready yet and the half that was given to us was dry and crispy like it was sitting under the heat lamp for too long. Once the rest came out it was subpar as well probably rushed.

Arrived a approx. 3:00 pm and did not get our order until 4:15 pm. Tried to get our invoice for check-out took almost 45 min. We spent 2 hours and 30 min. in this Restaurant. Not good!

First time ordering beignets and they were awesome.

When we arrived for lunch the restaurant was almost empty, empty tables as far as we could see but the hostess drug me across the restaurant to the further section at the other end of the restaurant.

Our server decided that sweeping the floor was more important than getting us started (we were her only table at that time).

The waitress eventually decided to ask us what we wanted to drink, when she returned and placed our drinks in front of us, she left for another 10-15 minutes.

Our food took about 20 minutes for the kitchen to prepare it for us, the waitress was left most of our sides in the back.

Makes me sad to say, this is not the Cracker Barrel I grew up with.
