Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The food was absolutely disgusting. Chicken and dumplings is not supposed to be like soup. It should have a thickness to it. It was soupy and gross. The problem was is I had it to go so I couldn't take it back.

Cracker Barrel never disappoints. The staff is always friendly, Food comes out quickly. It’s just a staple that’s been a part of my life since I was younger. My all-time favorite thing on their menu is the biscuits I go there just to get biscuits for the week to enjoy and make my own bacon, egg and cheese biscuits

Clean place but not all wait personal is friendly!! The store is full with surprises, if you need a gift for a child or Adult you can find something here and maybe some jam or preserves for yourself too

Ordered a meal with eggs, hash,and sausage. Food came. No eggs on the plate, but plate was dirty with old dried egg yolk on it. So gross. No silverware to use either, and server forgot rest of order. Called over server and although she said she will go get the eggs, she left us with the dirty plate. Ugh. Had to call manager over and he gave us a new plate, can only pray it was new sausage too and not just placed on new plate. 2nd time here and both bad experiences.

Was catching a flight out of PIE and made sure I left the house with enough time to stop at cracker barrel for breakfast for the family. Hostess never brought us menus or silverware. Took server 10 min to come to the table, then another 15 to bring drinks, after waiting another 30 min with no food and no server checking in on us, and watching other tables eat and leave who sat way after us, we flagged down a manager who went and checked on our order and then told us that there was a technical glitch and after an hour of sitting there that our food was never even made. We were offered an apology and a coupon for a free side on our next visit that expires in 30 days. What a joke. Ended up leaving with 2 starving children because we had to get to the airport to catch our flight. Apparently the server didn't give a damn about our order or else she would have been checking on it and realizing she had a table sitting there for 45 min with no food.

Terrible service. Our waitress was rude. Literally served every table before we even got our drinks. Food was disgusting. Worst chicken dumplings ever! And I specifically come here for the dumplings. All around a horrible experience. Won't be back.

Great service and food. Not happy about seeing Halloween and fall merch in the middle of July. 3 1/2 months early for Halloween is a big turn off.

Being a home bound senior, I order quite frequently from this restaurant..For the most part, the food is hot and as ordered…however…the last few have left a little to be desired… 5/24….Ribs…delicious 5/26….Chicken Rice…delicious 5/27…..Country fried pork chops…..dry..over cooked w/ spoon of dark gravy.. Mashed potatoes’hard’ …Mac/cheese watered down 5/29…..Turkey…dry…no cranberry as advertised ….dressing huge pieces of celery and little flavor 6/1………Campfire Shrimp…..says as others..wrapped in tinfoil…came in little plastic Container… Earlier have had Meatloaf as well as Campfire chicken Delicious

Last two visits to this location, servers seemed uninterested in serving, out of many menu items and the ones that they had were not cooked with care, over cooked & dry. Fish also had an ammonia taste. Went in to have a family dinner with visiting family. won't go back.
