After working all day and starving, I was so excited to be able to go in through the drive-through order what should’ve been a simple, single burger with everything on it, lettuce, tomato pickle, onion, mustard, ketchup, and when I got home and I opened up my food I was so livid I could spit fire. I have two small pieces of onion, two pickles no lettuce, no tomato and they gave me a double instead of a single! This is absolutely unacceptable for the price that I had to pay for the meals that I bought, and this is the garbage that I got served? It’s not convenient for me to just drive back down and have them remake my order which I had to sit and wait for anyways, but now I have to wait two days before I can go back and get my refund. I suggest if you order anything from this business that you sit in the parking lot and open up your burgers and look inside because you’re not guaranteed to get what you order.

Culver’s never disappoints! The ButterBurgers are always fresh and delicious, and the crinkle-cut fries hit the spot every time. The frozen custard is the perfect treat—creamy, rich, and so many great flavors to choose from. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the service is consistently quick, even when it’s busy. Definitely one of the best fast-food spots around!
