DeLukas Restaurant & Bar

To be fair from the start, our server was new. But we didn't even see our salads until over 90 minutes after being sat. It took 40 minutes to get our first drinks. Waters went empty for awhile until we asked the other server for help. Other tables that were sat 15/20/25 minutes after us saw there appetizers, main course, and dessert before we even got our salads.

Now normally I can just chalk it up to a new server and move on. But I would usually see a manager or the owner by this point and they would ask how things are doing. This is a Friday night and we only saw two servers the entire night for the whole restaurant. No bus boys or helpers or anything. In my opinion, that is poor staffing to have 1 veteran server and 1 totally green server (who was also the bar tender).

The worst part is they add gratuity (we had a party of 6) without posting it or announcing it ANYWHERE. Not on the flimsy well used paper menu. Not on the website or anywhere in the restaurant. And ON TOP of that, they charged a 3% credit card charge fee. Again, without announcing or posting it anywhere

Just poor communication all over. After asking for our checks, as the last table in the restaurant, it took 15 minutes to just get the checks

I get places have bad days. The food was good overall, except for the few main dishes we were hoping to get were all sold out even though they had only been open for 2 hours

There were just so many issues that really soured our entire evening. Over 3 hours spent there that we were forced to tip 20% gratuity. I would not recommend this place until staffing issues, pacing issues, and clarity issues are resolved. I never leave such negative reviews but I have never had so many issues anywhere before

My husband and I dined here tonight for our 18year anniversary. It was perfect. From the staff and the food. We will be back. I have even already told people that they have to go. Thank you for adding to the great night.

Best lamb shank and filet I’ve ever had. Croatian wine was delicious as well.

My wife and I visited Delukas today for our anniversary. Today was the very first time we've ever eaten there. The atmosphere was fabulous. Wait staff was pleasant, courteous, and attentive. Delukas was the best meal we have ever eaten. We will be back!

We went for the first time with friends. The food was delicious and all made from scratch. Our husbands after dinner enjoyed getting a cigar and chilling outside covered area. Definitely give this place a try!

Ordered the tbone. Tough and hard to cut, chew and swollow. Had to ask for a steak knife. Asparagus was dry and stringy. Also hard to cut. Salad was great. Potatoes were yummy. Won't return.

The staff was very nice and attentive. The lamb shank was tender and ok. The burrata was the smallest I have ever been serve un any restaurant and the jelly that comes with it was way overpowering. I order a lobster bisque and decided to return it not a great flavor or texture for a bisque.

I decided to try their lamb shank, and it was an absolute masterpiece. The lamb was perfectly cooked—so tender it effortlessly fell off the bone. We had a rehearsal dinner in their banquet hall in November 2024 for 26 people. Everything was perfect. The owners were so sweet and accommodating. They had printed out nice menus with the meals we choose with congratulations to the bride & groom. It was such a memorable evening. The food & wine was superb. Highly recommended this restaurant.
