The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff is friendly and attentive. However, the chocolate soft serve is the worst I’ve had in my 40 years of existence. It lacks any chocolate flavor and feels like cold slop at best.

Artificially colored, tasteless, too sweet, unnatural ice cream. Thought they can't screw up soft ice cream, but it was awful. Bland, icy, and unnaturally sweet.

I love D Lites! It’s a great way to enjoy a cold treat without all the carbs and sugar. I really like frozen yogurt. The only complaint I have is I wish I lived closer to it.

Just by curiosity my friend and I stopped in this adorable little ice cream shop. To both or our surprise, this place not only is clean and have a fantastic selection of ice-cream treats/flavors, it has the most friendliest employees!! We had a server named Janiya and she was just as delightful as the ice-cream products that they sell! She was very helpful and kind with a welcoming smile while trying to figure out what flavor and items to try!! Needless to say, we absolutely loved our orange sickle milkshakes so much that we returned 3 more times to enjoy the ice-cream AND the friendliest service anyone could ask for!!

The ice cream was fine. The service was not. My 2 very polite children were both at the ice cream freezer (yes, both plenty tall enough to be easily seen). One child ordered and received her cone. The employee then left the other child standing there without serving him to go serve 4 other customers. **In the middle of our order.** I was astounded. Who does that??? I had to get her attention to get her to get him his ice cream too.

My 7yr old has Type 1 diabetes .... she has a cgm on .... we decided to give the keto friendly soft serve a try ... I have to say the soft serve does taste great ... we bought a small soft serve my 7yr old was at 85 dropping (glucose level ) at 2pm ....by 4pm we hit a bad HIGH 300 glucose level with insulin on board ... THIS IS NOT KETO FRIENDLY.... for diabetics it is not a good choice.... you are a regular ice cream shoppe .... the ingredients in your ice cream are not KETO .... regular sugar...CORN SYRUP and tons of oils .... please be mind full it can cause health problems with people who have any form of diabetes and or other auto immune disorders ... to see facts I will post the cgm numbers on pics section ... your ice cream does taste great... it's just not keto friendly....

Loved the vegan ice cream, and they weren't overcharging just because it was vegan. The young person behind the counter was so sweet and kind with my 4 yr old grandson.

The low calorie ice cream is incredible. And delicious And I never feel bad after eating it. Regular ice cream makes me feel bloated sick and bad about myself. Cuz I'm a big fatty. But delights ice cream makes me feel Happy! ?
