I always give this location a chance, I live across the street so it’s convenient but mannnn I have to start going to the one on Drew st. They STAY messing up the most simple orders. I order my coffee the same way every day and they always find a way to mess it up. It’s a guarantee they’ll mess up your order. A hit or miss with the customer service. I like the old morning crew . This new crew is wild. Looks like they have 2 recovering addicts and young teenagers. The blind leading the blind
This was a completely different experience than yesterday’s Dunkin at another location. We went through the drive thru and had a small hiccup with our “points” app but they figured
it out and were so friendly. They even gave us napkin “cup holders” for our drinks. I loved the thoughtfulness! Thank you for starting our day with a smile and thoughtfulness.

Stopped here to get a coffee. I did not know dunkin'.Donuts had frozen drinks. I could not decide on what I wanted with the frozen drink and me. The cashier was extremely helpful. Giving me all kinds of recipes and combining this with that. The 2 young men that worked there this evening. June 4th, at 6:20 PM. We're the most pleasant fast food workers that I have ever come across. Thank you to their
parents for teaching them. Manners respect to be polite and probably to the manager at Dunkin'. Donuts for telling them customer service is important because they won me over.

This location not fill order when ordered from DoorDash, prints order, confirmed order, and leaves donuts and rolls out of order.
I will never go back to this location ever again!! They messed up my whole order! I asked for an iced chai latte they hand me an iced coffee then I went inside to have them fix it and still made the chai latte wrong! Not only that I asked for chicken and veggie wrap they acted like they didn’t know what that was and handed me an egg and bacon wrap! Someone needs to do additional training with them!
Literally every time I decide to stop here on my way to work (almost never anymore) I end up regretting it. I always order ahead on the app to try to avoid a long wait, but they don’t have anyone who actually works on the pickup orders and they don’t start making it until you get there. Which would be fine, except they also refuse to even acknowledge you while they serve literally everyone else who walks in after you, so you’re honestly better off just ordering when you get there. Took 25 min from the time I walked in to pick up 3 donuts and two basic drinks that were pre-ordered, with only 1 person ahead of me in the pickup line. The drive through also moves just as slow and there hasn’t been a single time I’ve gone through that way to pick up my app order that they didn’t mess it up. Once, I ordered 3 donuts and a coffee and they gave me a cup with 3 bacon strips in it and then tried to argue with me that it was what I ordered. I empathize with the fact that working in food service sucks and the morning rush is tough, but they need to either be better staffed to handle it or hire people that know how to multi task.
This is the best dunking donut all of clearwaters. Service is great and very friendly. I start my morning every day with the bacon wake up wrap (eat at approx. 7am, diarrhea approx. 10 am), and a large coffee. Really just great way to start every single day.

First of all..shame on this management for overloading there workers and not having enough on shift during busy times. However, a young lady who works here needs to learn how to control her mouth and how to treat customers. This is now the second time I came in and she had attitude.

Lobby could be a little cleaner, found the tables sticky with old stains of drinks. Seats still had crumbs. Overall service is good, friendly staff, food always good and taste fresh 98% if times.

I was just at my local Dunkin Donuts on North Highland Avenue in Clearwater Florida, and The employee who was at the cashier when I walked up, the sweetest girl, gave the best energy and she was so nice and gave me amazing customer service!!!!! Please keep her at Noeth Highland Avenue!!! This experience was the best!!!

I have been going to this location for quite some time now. I have never had a bad customer service experience until they hired this new employee. She’s an older black woman, she’s tall, and slender. I have had SEVERAL encounters with her, and she hasn’t been pleasant during either one. It has gotten so bad, that whenever I see her working, I go to another location. She’s not a good representation of the Dunkin brand, and she needs a lot of customer service training. Her Professionalism lacks, and she is not able to communicate with customers in a non hostile manner. I will be contacting the manager about her tomorrow.
