This is officially the absolutely slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. The lady in front of me sat at the drive through intercom for not kidding 10 minutes, she even turned around a few times and apologized but it wasn't her, it was the employees at Dunkin that kept her with no cars in front of her or at the window.

I finally pulled up, got my order taken, and then got to sit at the window. 2 sandwiches and hash browns, not a huge order.

While I was at the window I observed a lady making a drink for someone and then go pull trash can out by the brim and go right back to making another drink without gloves or washing hands. Gross!
Further the work area behind the counter, specifically the floor was gross.

Now, where is my food? I'm being told to pull up somewhere, wherever I can find a spot. As I'm late already I'm asking if I can just wait and how much longer. Just pull up please, sir

Ok I pull up, park and as I park a person comes out with my food! Seriously? Is this a joke, why did I have to pull up again? They didn't even have time to serve the car behind me.

Well, the food order was correct and tasted fine but did I mention not a single napkin was provided?!

Yeah, I had a choice of 2 locations and definitely chose the wrong one.

I really wish this was a Starbucks . I live right around the corner from here so I come get coffee and every time it sucks, it’s not made right or it’s not made at all and I’m waiting on an online order.

I stopped by this Dunkin’ to grab a coffee and was very impressed with my visit. The staff was friendly, polite, and genuinely kind from the moment I walked in. They even surprised me with a few complimentary donuts, which I really appreciated and which made my day.

The store was clean and organized, and the restroom was also very clean and well maintained. Small details like that say a lot about how much they care about their customers.

Overall, I had an excellent experience here and will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the team for the great service.”

Took my kids to Dunkin's for some fresh donuts. The cashier Paola was very Sweet. No issues with our order and my coffee was made with love. I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for kind people and fresh donuts!

In such a crazy world, it truly made my day to have such a great experience at this Dunkin’ today. Kenia went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and that I was well taken care of. Aaron was also very kind and added to the positive experience. Both are wonderful assets to your team!

Their sunken donuts is so unorganized that there is constantly a line that wraps all the way outside the parking lot every single day, and you sit in the line through the drive through for a good 30 minutes, tell me there is no other sufficient way to make your line move, because every other Dunkin Donuts, I've been to can handle An overflow pretty quickly, this one cannot. They don't have one person working one place. Another person working one place. Another person working one place and another person working 1 place, meaning 1 with the food that people are ordering 1 with the donuts that people are ordering. One with the drinks that people are ordering 1 with the coffee that people are ordering 1 at the. Register one at the other register. Things will go a lot faster with organization. If you can learn how to do that

Do not order on the mobile app here. Even though you’ve ordered ahead, they will take forever to prepare your order, or they will screw it up, or both. Every. Single. Time.

Went through the drive-through very early this morning and was greeted so wonderfully! ETOI Was absolutely incredible! She had a smile on her face, pep in her step, and actually had a conversation with us. She was absolutely delightful. I don’t know if you should keep her at this drive-through window or put her in the corporate office, but she totally deserves a raise.
