Unfortunately I had to call corporate and complain. I left here 10 mins ago the guy on this location was cursing at me and being disrespectful to me because he got my order wrong and I asked him to fix it. This guy usually gets my order wrong every time he is there. I asked for his name no one would give me his name. Just a horrible experience. I have been coming to the highland location for about a year and never had anyone behave this way. Save some time and do not come here!!

If you don’t like your job, don’t be in customer service. It wasn’t my fault the order was wrong. And to take it out on your other coworker, not cool! Are the older employee who is at the register was very unfriendly and got mad at her coworker for her mistake. I won’t be coming to this location again.

First and last time. They claimed their card machine wasn’t working. Since we couldn’t use our cards, we were short on a little change, they had no solution. Then proceeded to give our coffee to their friend hanging in the parking lot.

They just opened and it looks like this.. consistently disgusting in here and minus the one guy who runs the drive through mostly the staff is also consistently rude and talking about customers in spanish when they think people can't understand them. Especially the 'couple' that works there

I don't know what is up with Dunkin' but the service is sub par. Two customers in the store, one vehicle in the drive thru and a handful of employees who can't seem to keep up. And it doesn't help to use the app. When you arrive your order still won't be ready. Then they'll spill coffee all over the place. By the time I got home, there was coffee spilled in my car and on my hands and clothing. It's not just this store. I went out of the way to another store yesterday and they were just as bad. I know the job isn't as easy as it looks. Being customer facing has its challenges, but this is at an unacceptable level of service and a lack of value.

I stopped this morning for a Medium midnight coffee with 4 cream and 3 Splenda . Coffee was cold, cup was leaking, breakfast wrap was cold and greasy. I had on white pants and coffee leaked all over them. Coffee must have been sitting there all night because it was like mud.

I hate being asked to wait in the parking lot when ordering drive thru. This happens every time I go here and the only thing i order is coffee. They do this even when no one else is in line.

This is the worst Dunkin donuts I have ever been to. I've gone several times due to it being the closest location to my house but each time I go they mess up my order in some way. I placed an order again for the first time in over a month and ordered a black pepper bacon croissant sandwich and a coffee. My sandwich had one slice of bacon cut in half and the egg wasn't completely cooked. When you call you get told that you have to come in when the manager is working in order to receive a refund.....and the manager only works in the mornings. This is ridiculous.
