my matcha was insanely sweet i couldn’t even drink it and it was full of clumps of powder. also the machine was automatically tipping 25%? they also only have donuts and medium and large sized drinks very strange and waste of $

Came up to see the menu before ordering and their menu screen was down.
That was fine.
However,
The issue arose when I kindly asked two gentlemen behind the counter for a possible paper menu.
They rudely responded no.
So, I asked what kind of coffee do you have so that I can make a choice.
One guy replied in such a rude and unprofessional way that I just told him to don't worry about it.
I also explained to him that his customer service was so horrible I'll just take my money elsewhere.
So unfortunate.
I will not be going to any Dunken at this point.

I WILL NOT be tipping anymore at Dunkin. S simple thank you would’ve sufficed. She didn’t do anything but ring me up. Girl bye. I hope others stop until you people get some manners. I work hard for my money too

They simply don’t get why they are there have zero customer service I don’t know who’s interviewing these people because they are not respectful. The guy this morning around 7am should be fired for pissing off so many people.

Stopped to get a coffee before boarding. When I inserted my card, Sydney reached over the counter and pressed green-3-green on the keypad in the blink of an eye. She gave herself a tip without my authorization. She literally stole money.
I demanded a refund and they told me they couldn't refund the tip on my card. The supervisor blamed the cashier, and the cashier said that's how the supervisor trained her to do it.

Ended up dumping my Black Iced Coffee down the toilet on the plane after the first sip. Worst tasting Dunkin' I have ever had. Waste of $4.

Phone number doesn't work, no sugar in coffee as requested and I even tipped because of asking for sugar in my coffee. This place needs new employees. Also, the phone number listed is not a working number.

Poor attitude. I’m not totally sure, but I believe some workers were being rude to a different needs person who was also working there.

They can’t get orders right. They threaten you when you complain. Yeah I’ll never do any business here again. You’d have to be crazy to deal with the stank attitude and the verbal abuse for sub par donuts and coffee. Just an incredibly miserable experience with these folk and a complete waste of time.?
