Drive thru is painfully slow. Employees will ask you to park up front and wait longer for your order as they continually serve drive thru. Not good service at all.

The older white lady possibly running the front or a manager is DEFINITELY a tweaker or on something for sure !
She’s all over the place , twitching in her face.. moving faster than her mind can think. It was just a big mess overall .

I nominate this to be the worst dunkin in pinellas county . Every time I come here I have a weird experience. I have it one last try today, and it was yet another bad experience. For starters they have a note on the window practically begging for tips, awkward ! , They gave us no straws with our iced coffees ! Then when i ordered my hot coffee with extra cream, they gave me a cold coffee when I asked the guy if they had a steamer like starbucks to heat the coffee up, he replied I think it’s off for the day ? Why would you turn it off in the middle of the day ? So i asked the lady if she could heat up my coffee and she said no I would have to make you a brand new pot and refused to use their steamer to give me a hot cup of coffee. So I got a crappy cup of luke warm / cold coffee that I ended up dumping out and went to starbucks instead to get coffee where it’s hot and the service isn’t from dumb idiots who can’t make a cup of hot coffee with cream? So annoying!
I see you guys have TWENTY 1 star ⭐️ reviews in a row! Like you never see that ! Where do you find these people? You need to show your customers that you care and hire quality people!

Went through the drive through to get lunch and the man at the cash register gave me my order wrong 3 TIMES. I waited 15 minutes for them to make my order wrong 3 times. I eventually asked for a refund, and checked with my bank and the meal was not refunded. Ended up late for my work meeting and no lunch. The man at the cash register also visibly wiped his nose boogers on his hand, in clear view of the drive through window. Will not be returning. HORRIBLE.

I just had the best drinks I've ever had from Dunkin Donuts ? ?. The S'mores frozen coffee, iced Carmel crazed Signature Latte, and frozen hot chocolate were amazing!

Without spending to much of my time.
The least this staff could do is refrain from serving bagels so hard and burned, that it chips a tooth.
I mean really, we understand 90% of people are in a rush, but that doesn’t justify serving bagels so burnt and stale that it could send a client to the dentist.
Won’t be receiving my business anymore,
Big monopolies need trust busting.

I originally gave this location 2 star. I have now downed it to 1 star because this location couldn't be worse if the tried. I ordered a coffee and a pancake wrap. They messed my coffee up and gave me the wrong wrap. Not to mention the original reason I gave this place 2 stars being I sat at there drive thru window for about 5 min before they decided they wanted to even make my food. Then I find out the were wrong. Go to any other location than this one.

Guess general manager, or the manager or the owner does not care how customers feel at all. The employees need to be trained or fired. They are so lazy and they act so miserable. They throw the food in the bag, burnt bagels, carelessly organized And so rude. The behavior is unacceptable. Lots of people have negative experience from this location. They act like they are being forced to work there. Whoever is reading this, please do not go to this location or waste your money. Do not waste a penny at this location because they give you dirty and burned food nothing is fresh . The managers go through the reviews and they really don’t care. It’s all about money for them. They don’t care about the customer service. I will be having rest of my colleagues and friends. Leave a review here at least it could get to somebody in the management who really cares.
