Jordan, Spencer, Stephen all deserve a raise. I came from Tama hopped the bridge and realized my coffee wasn’t right pulled into this Dunkin’ Donuts spoke With the GM he made me the right coffee even though it was a different store’s problem and was super nice about it

Never going to this location, only thing made right was the sandwich, thanks to the brother making the sandwiches. Coffee was horrible 😫. Dunkin you have to go check on your people at this location.

9/13 @ 735 am and Just picked up my coffee and a couple tasty donuts for my kiddo…and let me tell you, the customer service was chef’s kiss! Nothing better than being met by a smiling human before you had your coffee! Thank you Dunkin friend, for starting my daughter and my day off to a smiling start!
I just wanted to praise the server from the drive through. She is amazing and her warm and hospitality was remarkable. I am just visiting the area and I came back the next day because I had a great experience.

Extremely slow service and over abundance of ice in the coffee. Ordered and overpaid for two iced coffee because they were both served with only half cups of coffee because of all the ice...... pitiful result for this optimal location.

I would give them zero stars if it was up to me. I am so sick of this location. It’s like they hire kids to work because they don’t know what they’re doing here. They don’t know how to make a simple coffee. They don’t know how to make their food warm. Going through uber eats Multiple times because they couldn’t get the order right and only would give you a free drink if you come up there personally but what if you’re at work? They don’t know how to make nothing up there and they can’t seem to take accountability for the stuff that they do.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too sat in the drive thru when there was absolutely no customers, we were the only ones they gave my husband one thing and tried to convince him that they put in what he actually wanted with an attitude. My coffee had absolutely no coffee in it and was just milk creamer and Carmel. The employees looked high and smelled like weed. They were so slow and rude. They were unsanitary didn’t change their gloves once while he pulled up his pants touched multiple things before touching some food and drinks. Very dissatisfied, disappointed, and shocked by the way this Dunkin is ran.
