I don’t recommend this Dunkin at all! First time I
went, they forgot my donut, no big deal I just went back inside to get it. This time I asked for a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese, they didn’t put it on the bagel, but again whatever, I guess i’ll clock in to my shift and put my own cream cheese on my bagel. They also gave us two iced lattes with broken cups so it’s now all over my car. Never coming here again.

I'm not really sure how this location is open. I placed an order for two iced coffees. When the cashier read my order back to me she had rung up three. I corrected her and then we moved to the window. I asked for a receipt after noticing the total seemed off, and saw that I was still charged for three coffees. I stated that I had only ordered two, and asked for a refund. The cashier said she didn't know how to do a refund, and then closed the window while giggling. I was told that no one in the store could do a refund.

I have called the customer service #. No one ever answers or calls me back. No one at the store answers the phone. I was contacted by email from what I'm guessing was an automated system saying I would receive another in several business days, which I have not. No one responds to my emails.

Apparently Dunkin is cool with charging people for things they did not order, and then never responding to an inquiry.

I'm still waiting for any form of response.

I started going to that location for about a year. I have witnessed on two occasions how rude Justin P. Is. He’s rude to customers, rude to his fellow employees and was rude to me. I no longer go that particular one. I’ve gone to Dunkin Donuts establishments from NY to here. I’ve only been treated poorly at two locations. I no longer go to that one either. Maybe Dunkin can offer an Anger Management class. Thank you.

Could not get order right. Missed one coffee completely tried to give the one with the meal deal as iced instead of hot. Sandwich was burned but cold. My mom couldn't taste mocha in her coffee once she finally got it. Was marked as just original coffee on tag.

I had the bad experience this morning. Wendy is the name of the rude employee. Very bad attitude. I will never return to this store again. Judging by the ratings the management does not care. I'm gonna call and report her but it probably won't make any difference. Avoid this place by all means. Let it die.

I definitely do not recommend this place at all. First of all, they are very disrespectful and they close earlier than what you see online. My girlfriend and I showed up there around 8:40 PM and they don’t close until 9 o’clock. When we arrived, they threw all of the donuts out into the trash, and they were not able to serve us. That’s bad business/management. Also you could tell that they really didn’t care at all.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered a latte, when the woman at the window handed me the drink I told her it looked like an iced coffee, not a latte. She said “that’s your latte!” As I was driving away, I sipped the drink and it was, in fact, an iced coffee. When I went inside to let her know I got an iced coffee instead the latte I ordered, she grabbed the drink and passive aggressively spoke out loud to herself while making the new drink. She handed me the drink and said “here’s your latte! I made it myself!” When I went to the car, I took a sip of the new drink and the espresso was completely burnt and so bitter. Not drinkable. Absolutely terrible service.

All I ever get from this place is a simple hot coffee, French vanilla, cream, no sugar, and every time I go to give them a chance to make this drink. It is the nastiest water down coffee ever like.How is this even possible to mess up something so simple?

I got assorated dozen filled donuts, that had hardly any filling. A Dropbox jelly n Bavarian cream n vanilla. Pay top dollar and expect top quality. The donuts where Terrible without enough filling
