I was very disappointed this morning after going to the dunkin' donuts on McMullen Booth Rd & Enterprise, Clearwater. I had purchased an extra large decaffeinated coffee yesterday. Being sick with covid but on the tail end of it, I wasn't sure if the coffee tasted weak because of my taste buds. In the morning, I tried the coffee again, and again it was too weak. I went to this location to see if they would replace it for me. The only time I've been out of the house is to go to this dunkin' donuts drive through. They refused to replace my extra large decaf, explaining that I should have called yesterday. I explained a second time that I didn't know if it was my taste being off. Still refused.

I typically get a sandwich and donut. Sandwich is always good, no problems, but someone there, no idea who, has no idea the difference between a VANILLA and BAVARIAN donut. They sound nothing alike, but they must just gra based on looks, thinking the vanilla is the right one. Please just look at the name or open up your ears.

Gentleman with the painted nails liked to stick his fingers inside the cup while handling the cups and the fills the drinks. Nasty!

Had to drive around these buildings at least two or three times just to find this Dunkin' Donuts, which was in one of the buildings. All that you could see is the drive-thru window. As with anything, prices are high a medium drink of iced coffee $7. Don't get me wrong, it was good. The crew forgot my napkins forgot straws forgot condiments. I had to ask for everything.

I ordered an Uber Eats order and it was completely wrong. I got a bagel sandwich and it was put on a brioche bun, I ordered a coffee cake muffin and it was a blueberry muffin. The coffee was disgusting too.
