I recently visited Dunkin Donuts and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The location had inconvenient driveway access, making it difficult to enter and exit the premises. Moreover, the store was severely understaffed, which resulted in long wait times for service. These issues were further exacerbated by the aftermath of Hurricanes Helene and Milton, making the entire experience even more challenging. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to improve the overall customer experience.

We popped in for a donut, like everyone else, but the young man working there Was so kind it deserved a five star review. Unfortunately, we didn't get his name, but it was 3pm 9/12. So if management sees this, give him an atta boy. Service makes all the difference and going out of your way to be kind, help, and quick is rare now adays

Terrible customer service, the worst Dunkin where I have been. I went for donuts with my aunt and my cousin, the man who was the store gave us OLD donuts, I just went back to the drive thru to ask him to change it for different ones and he closed the window on my face. After that I walked to the store but it was closed. I left the donuts in front of the main door because they were terrible and the man came out, took all the donuts and started throwing all the donuts over my car and also spilled a coffee over my cousin. Service SUCKS!!

Person who works Tuesday mornings at drive through is a descendant of the T Rex, or very lazy. As you reach out your door until your chest is against your door and your arm fully extended she just barely can’t make a connection with you. This is the same every time with this person. Also, don’t expect napkins with your sandwich and shame on you if you expect a ‘thank you’ for spending your money here. McDonald’s isn’t far away.
