EDIT: Officially editing my review from 7 years ago (Will remain at the bottom) where I gave them 1 star. They have really turned this location around. I've been to hundreds of Dunkin locations all over the country including Massachusetts for 15 years where Dunkin Donuts is the life blood. They have all let me down at some point. Whoever took over this location in the last year or so, or the employees they hired.... Bravo. After 30+ times of doing mobile ordering at 6 am they have not once got my order wrong. It's been the best coffee I've ever had from Dunkin every time. They tell me every day, by name, to have a nice day. They care about their job and it shows. Corporate needs to step up and utilize that staff as an example to other locations.

(Old 1 Star Review,)Been here 10+ times. Don't know why I go back. Unable to make coffee correctly, sandwiches are cold. I've had to turn around after trying my coffee multiple times to bring it back. Sadly it's not just this Dunkin, they all are just as bad.

If I was the owner of this place I would be wondering why my employees have the oven shut down for ā€œ30 minutes ā€œ at 12 in the middle of lunch time. Was told ā€œwe have to shut the oven down to clean it, takes 30mins to cool before it can be cleanedā€ so in all actuality it’s probably down for closer to an hour.
This Dunkin’ closes at 7 (not even late) seems like something that should be done during closing…. I saw 3 cars back out of the drive though and leave in the short time I was there. Had to go back to wrk with nothingšŸ‘

I ordered a small decaf latte and a medium iced coffee with 3 pumps of hazelnut flavoring, iced coffee had zero flavor and was very bitter and the latte was all milk and almost no coffee, it was like drinking a cup of milk, and the staff was very cold to me, the breakfast sandwich and it was good and the donuts were also good, 19.21$ was my total, I do not recommend for coffee I would rather go to McDonald's for coffee.

My dad went to get us coffee and I have a texture issue(slightly autistic) and my dad specifically told her liquid cane and there’s so much regular sugar that I can’t drink it and the food is kinda bland

I recently visited Dunkin Donuts and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The location had inconvenient driveway access, making it difficult to enter and exit the premises. Moreover, the store was severely understaffed, which resulted in long wait times for service. These issues were further exacerbated by the aftermath of Hurricanes Helene and Milton, making the entire experience even more challenging. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to improve the overall customer experience.
