Person who works Tuesday mornings at drive through is a descendant of the T Rex, or very lazy. As you reach out your door until your chest is against your door and your arm fully extended she just barely can’t make a connection with you. This is the same every time with this person. Also, don’t expect napkins with your sandwich and shame on you if you expect a ‘thank you’ for spending your money here. McDonald’s isn’t far away.

I walk in 6:45 PM they close at seven I should be able to order some coffee considering they are open for another 15 minutes but the lady who works there tells me sorry I already clean the machine. What is the point of being open the last 15 minutes if you can’t serve nobody. I’m pretty sure they should not be cleaning stuff until they actually are closed at seven. You should be able to get served up until closing time that is unacceptable for anyone to go there before closing and not be able to get service. sounds like lazy employees to me or trying to leave at seven instead of closing at seven.

Just ordered a S Caramel Craze latte and they gave me it iced when it was supposed to be hot. I told the lady with red hair and she rolled her eyes and then came back with a regular hot coffee. If i could give 0 stars i would.

I’m sorry but (not sorry)… this place is a ghetto dirt bucket! As a black woman myself I’m SHOCKED at the nasty behavior all the black women had against me in this establishment.All I was trying to do was order in peace, but the worker gave me nothing but attitude and was practically ready to fight! All did was order my coffee (well attempt to order) and the worker was rude from the beginning and even stated that I had an attitude??I understand having a job you hate… we all been there done that. But giving blatant disrespect to customers is gross!! Literally ew!! I got second hand embarrassment from the nasty behavior.Go to the dunkin a few roads down! This one has some MAJOR issues to sort out.

None of my food was warmed up. Horrible service. I threw out the food I wanted to eat. I don't have time to worry about having to go back to get it reheated. Last time going to a Dunkin doughnuts. The Worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant.
