The only Dunkin' Donuts I go to! I actually live at Bellaire and 19 and there's a dunkin donuts right there but I wait till I get up to this one since I'm heading north in the morning. People here always super friendly no matter how early it is and coffee is always amazing. Greeted every morning by Travis who never misses a Beat. Awesome dude hope you guys take care of him definitely deserves his own store in my opinion... I actually even offered him a nice job with my company but he's loyal to you guys and he made that clear! Anyway just wanted to say thank you no matter how early it is I see that man running back and forth getting things and he's always smiling and remembers your name. The whole process from start to finish was wrong. The guy taking the order didn't get my coffee right. We get to the window. He drops my card. My wife is 6+ months pregnant and has to get out. They hand us 3 out of the 8 things we ordered. Look at us confused on why we're still sitting there. I tell them this was only half my items. They made my coffee wrong, I never got my kids meal or donuts. I will never go here again. I got a refund and left.

Last 3 times I've gone, the donuts are stale and not like a few hours stale. Like they were made 2-3 days ago stale. The staff has a few nice ones and a few that clearly hate their job. They close at 7:15 btw not 8(as someone who works night shift). If this wasn't the only dunkin on my way to work I would never go. I write this not wanting someone to get in trouble but for some changes to be made. If you can, go to another dunkin. If you go to this one, go in the morning, the staff is nicer and tend to have fresher products.

BEWARE!!!!they robb me today and denied i even ordered. i ordered a large cappuccino today on 7/31 around 10:00am, i took a seat and 15 min later i get up and see all the employees laughing and messing around. i ask them nicely about my drink and the guy along with every other employee denied even taking it. they all looked me in the eyes when i walked in and honestly i felt like something was off, all the employees look like there high on something. i didn’t do or say anything to them but im shure this isn’t the first time,corporate is aware.
I am a disabled American, living at an assisted living facility until I can afford to move out. I got this job hoping I could save money. Unfortunately all the employees were paranoid, bitter and disgruntled. They told me horrible things about their selves and warned me about Candy's temper if I pissed her off JEEZ people, it was coffee and donuts. Cut to the chase here: the woman Candy/manager will not give me the one day of pay I'm due so now I have to call the corporate office, the department of labor and ADA about her

i go here multiple times a week, 3 orders my matcha latte has had coffee in it (i have to throw it out because i cannot have that much caffeine, hence why i order a white woman drink), never once listened to the "no ice" option, refreshers have added extra pumps before (one time it was listed as 8 pumps and tasted like liquid heart attack), croissants are 9 times out of 10 charred black on the edges. the 3 times that they put coffee in my matcha, it wasn't even on the drink label. im tired of pretending im not a major schizo over my green sugar water. also the taters taste like freezer burn and the donuts are always dry and chewy. why do I torture myself
