The young man (Zack I believe) was very nice, smiling, and running working hard. The old, greasy, long haird man (no name tag) was cold and very unpleasant to work with. Waited almost 20 minutes on our food. They tried to short us a drink. Coffee wasn't filled all the way. Food was as expected.

Want a weird experience walk in here. Waiting for glasses I walked in for a cup of dark roast. Waiting 3 uncomfortable minutes to be acknowledged I ordered it and the girl mumbled something I asked her to repeat it mnnnmnnm. I said sorry I didn't understand WE DONT HAVE THAT! I pointed to the menu Midnight Black she said so you want coffee with a shot of espresso? No dark WE DONT HAVE THAT! Ho so your out WE DONT HAVE THAT. OK regular coffee please it comes. I ask where is your creem I only see sugar. You want cream? 3 more minutes (probably just 1 it felt like 3) I get 2 little creams. It was just weird.

7/12/2025 at 9:18am I came through the drive thru and as I’m sitting at the window waiting for my coffee an unpleasant coworker screamed and cussed due to the fact that there was no expresso. Ok cool that’s fine but there’s no need to rudely scream it making the customer feel uneasy. A gentleman asked if there was anything else I wanted due to the inconvenience but honestly I don’t want anything from there if there’s a nasty individual on the clock who’s making my coffee. I understand that working at fast food isn’t pleasant but you have a few options… find a new job, learn how to handle your emotions better, or simply suck it up. I rarely ever come to dunkin and this just explains why. I’d rather pay a little more somewhere else where I’m treated better and coworkers are always smiling and being nice to paying customers.

Candy is absolutely amazing she's the reason I'm choosing this location over Palm Harbor...she makes the BEST dragonfruit Lemonade refresher...no other location can compare. Deserves a raise. I'm very impressed with this location thank you so much!

I ordered a water (which is free because it rings up free on my receipt) but they made up a charge on my order to charge me for the water. When I asked the counter lady what the random charge was for, she confirmed it was for the water. A literal cup of water should be free.

Sat at the drive thru for 5 min and no one attended us we saw an employee taking a smoke break out back and walked back in and still no response. I would understand if they were busy but no one came out on the speaker saying to give them a few minutes or nothing.
