This Dunkin has really gone down hill. I used to frequent often and service was always great. The past few time I have gone the service has been unbelievably slow even though it wasn't busy either time. The bagel I got this morning was also hard as a rock and it took 10 minutes for an untoasted bagel and a black iced

Want stale, week old donuts sold as new? Want to have every order WRONG? If so, this is the Dunkin for you! This store puts the same dedication to sanitation that the average racoon raiding a trash can does. Er, cancel that, I saw videos of racoon's washing their hands before. The greasy haired dude handing me the hard-as-a-rock donuts through the window had not washed his hands in weeks from the look of it. You could mine for gold in the dirt under his nails... ugh. Avoid this health hazard of a store, where the employee's attitudes match the coffee... Bitter!

This Dunkin is by far my favorite. I go almost every day and 98% of the time, my order is perfect. The staff are super friendly and remember regulars. They're also really fast, even when it's busy.

Gigantic mistake of coming here!! Paid $7 for a coffee and a muffin and both were completely disgusting. First of all the service was rushed in the opposite of friendly. The staff seem like they didn't know what they were doing. I ordered the spice cookie iced coffee and a seasonal chocolate muffin. Both were completely disgusting the muffin head no flavor would shocked me for being something chocolate and the coffee had a very bitter burnt taste. Next time I'll wait in the large Starbucks line.

All around hate this Dunkin so much now there’s no coffee even in this I ordered a medium, iced caramel craze signature latte and it’s nothing but milk and sugar with a little whipped cream on top. The service was absolutely terrible. Didn’t even get a chance to speak Spanish the coffee out the window trim the door had to wait for another three minutes for someone to even answer the window just to tell me to pull around front and I’ll bring another one brought another one and it just is bad not worth six dollars in my opinion

TL;DR: My recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts in Clearwater was dreadful. The employee at the drive-through not only refused to acknowledge a missing donut and damaged item, but also cursed me out.I recently had a highly disappointing visit to the Dunkin' Donuts on US 19 and Curlew Road in Clearwater. It is essential for me to share my encounter to shed light on the unprofessional behavior and lack of customer care displayed by one of their drive-through workers. On July 7, 2023, around 11:15 AM, I placed an order at the drive-through. However, upon receiving my order, I discovered that I had only received one donut instead of the two I had ordered and paid for. To make matters worse, the sole donut in the bag was upside down, with the frosting mostly gone. Concerned about the missing item and the damaged donut, I politely brought this to the worker's attention. To my surprise, instead of acknowledging the mistake or attempting to resolve the issue, the employee vehemently insisted that she had included two donuts in the bag. She initially refused to even look inside the bag, treating me with disrespect. This unprofessional behavior was appalling, but unfortunately, it didn't end there. To my shock, the employee started cursing at me and using offensive language, including a pejorative term targeting my perceived sexual orientation. It is disheartening to encounter such derogatory language in 2023, especially when a simple solution like replacing the missing donut was available. What was even more concerning was the lack of response from the other workers present. Despite witnessing the entire incident, they made no effort to intervene or address the situation. Their indifference and disregard for customer satisfaction were disappointing, suggesting that providing quality service and addressing customer grievances were not priorities at this location. To add to the donut mishap, I discovered additional errors in the rest of my order after leaving the premises. While mistakes happen and an imperfect order is forgivable, the verbal abuse from the employee is unacceptable and demands attention. The employee's behavior reminded me of a recent incident at another Clearwater Dunkin' Donuts location where a customer was shot in the parking lot after complaining about an incorrect order. While I don't want to jump to conclusions or assume the same level of danger in this situation, the erratic and uncontrolled behavior of the employee raised concerns about the safety of both customers and staff members. The unprofessional conduct, verbal abuse, and refusal to rectify the mistake, coupled with other errors in my order, indicate a lack of accountability and respect for customers. I strongly advise others to reconsider visiting this particular location, as my experience left me feeling unsafe and resolved never to return. Dunkin' Donuts should take this feedback seriously and address the issues at this location to maintain the trust and satisfaction of their customers.

Went here for a coffee and waited at the counter for service. Three employees working the drive thru never acknowledged us after waiting at least 5 mins. Also, it was raining and no mat on floor at entrance. Floor was wet and slippery.

The customer service at this location is abysmal. I’ve said it 20 times and I’ll say it again. I thought i was safe simply getting a donut, received it broken up in 3 separate pieces. I’d love to see how hard they would struggle with an order of ice water !

Tried to call this location before leaving a bad review, as I hate to do so, but seeing as the phone # listed goes to a voicemail that doesn't appear to be theirs, here we go. I had a very simple order, a croissant sandwich, hash browns and a hot cofee.. well the hash browns were severely under cooked, ok thats no big deal, but my entire burning hot coffee was leaking from the bottom of the cup. It got all inside my car, on my work outfit and all over my feet & hands! Next time answer the phone and avoid a bad review ?????
