For the third time, ask for extra toasted bagel get a bagel, barely toasted. And a new plan every time a place asked me to tip when they’re not A tip service job I’ll start taking my business elsewhere. I’m pretty tired of everywhere. I go asking me for a tip even when I go pick up my own product mix my own drinks do my own work. It’s getting ridiculous.

I gave them a few attempts on trying to fix my food. They forget my hashbrowns. I asked them to put less sugar in my coffee. They still don’t do that. They just don’t listen at this location.
This has always been my favorite Dunkin in Clearwater Florida, but today the service was way off. The staff we encountered wasn't very pleasant. Our drinks looked disgusting. Our bagels were correct but...but something was off. Our order taker couldn't hear us because of the background noise in the store which came through the speaker very loud.
Our order was corrected at the window, thank you. Our wait wasn't long which is always great
My suggestion if you wouldn't drink something that looked like what you gave us, than don't hand it out the window for me either.
I understand things happen and will I come back again, yes but hopefully the experience will be what I am accustomed to.
