This has always been my favorite Dunkin in Clearwater Florida, but today the service was way off. The staff we encountered wasn't very pleasant. Our drinks looked disgusting. Our bagels were correct but...but something was off. Our order taker couldn't hear us because of the background noise in the store which came through the speaker very loud.
Our order was corrected at the window, thank you. Our wait wasn't long which is always great
My suggestion if you wouldn't drink something that looked like what you gave us, than don't hand it out the window for me either.
I understand things happen and will I come back again, yes but hopefully the experience will be what I am accustomed to.

Super mad order from here daily and my intire.meal today came burnt, not even able to chew the bacon it's burned hard as rocks and the number attached to this store doesn't work. Go figure

Cook the bacon longer. This is the only Dunkin Donuts that refuses to cook their bacon CRISPY. 3 times I have ordered it from this store and all 3 times it's like it's barely cooked. Even if you ask for the bacon CRISPY and COOKED like every other DD, you don't get it.

This is my spot to get coffee almost daily or when I run out of cream. The employees are cool and the coffee is always on point!
So, I used to go to this Dunkin regularly. It was my favorite for a while and one guy, Maurice, always got my order right. Lately, though, the service has been terrible! They don't repeat the orders to make sure it's correct, they have gotten things so wrong, it's shocking. For example, my mother ordered a whole grain bagel. On the receipt it says "everything bagel" and they gave her a plain... I worked at the one on Highland, so I know the ins and outs, so this is unacceptable. I miss Maurice. These kids need better training.

The bagel sandwich was just barely warm, and it was very dry. The coffee was delicious, and the hash browns had a chemical taste to it. The service at the drive thru was fast and very pleasant.

Absolutely ridiculously poor service, I have come here a few times per week for years, today I was told in the drive through “ we aren’t making food because we are short staffed”. I’ve never heard this at any establishment in my life. A frozen bacon egg and cheese sandwich takes like 2 minutes in their microwave, there was no one if front of me or behind me when he reiterated this at the window, and only 1 person at the counter receiving their bag at that time. Definitely not coming back.

Missed the drive thru window while it was pouring rain and they made me go around again and queue up.
Lost about 15-20minutes. They could have just taken my order through the window.
Their excuse was “we have more cars behind you.” Drove back around and was put on hold. The people operating the drive thru need to speak CLEARLY AND LOUDLY.

After a while I go to have breakfast and the service is still just as good but I was surprised that when I ordered a sandwich the bread was cold and they didn't take the trouble to heat it up like other times...I hope they improve again.
