This has always been my favorite Dunkin in Clearwater Florida, but today the service was way off. The staff we encountered wasn't very pleasant. Our drinks looked disgusting. Our bagels were correct but...but something was off. Our order taker couldn't hear us because of the background noise in the store which came through the speaker very loud.
Our order was corrected at the window, thank you. Our wait wasn't long which is always great
My suggestion if you wouldn't drink something that looked like what you gave us, than don't hand it out the window for me either.
I understand things happen and will I come back again, yes but hopefully the experience will be what I am accustomed to.

Super mad order from here daily and my intire.meal today came burnt, not even able to chew the bacon it's burned hard as rocks and the number attached to this store doesn't work. Go figure

Cook the bacon longer. This is the only Dunkin Donuts that refuses to cook their bacon CRISPY. 3 times I have ordered it from this store and all 3 times it's like it's barely cooked. Even if you ask for the bacon CRISPY and COOKED like every other DD, you don't get it.

So, I used to go to this Dunkin regularly. It was my favorite for a while and one guy, Maurice, always got my order right. Lately, though, the service has been terrible! They don't repeat the orders to make sure it's correct, they have gotten things so wrong, it's shocking. For example, my mother ordered a whole grain bagel. On the receipt it says "everything bagel" and they gave her a plain... I worked at the one on Highland, so I know the ins and outs, so this is unacceptable. I miss Maurice. These kids need better training.
