My friends and I were sitting at a table and one of them had ordered a water. We were laughing with each other and one of my friends took my phone, so I leaned over to take it back and the water spilled on the ground.
A rude employee came up to us and yelled at us to cut it out, making an unnecessary commotion out of something we could’ve cleaned up on our own. Me and my friends stood quiet, accepting her yelling and went over to grab napkins. When we walked over she stared at us with a face and attitude, saying “Why are you gonna use all those napkins? It makes no sense.” making us feel worse than we should have, over spilled WATER. This wasn’t the first time an employee had yelled at us when we were simply laughing with each other. She could’ve let us know nicely and professionally instead of letting her emotions get the best of her. I will not be returning to this Dunkin’ Donuts. The three of us feel targeted and uncomfortable.

This location is totally hit or miss. Sometimes they will nail your drink, other times it’s totally wrong. I watched an employee make my iced latte with regular coffee (not espresso) this morning, and this isn’t the first time it has happened when ordering from this Dunkin. I won’t be coming back since it’s a 50/50 chance of getting what I paid for.

I go to this Dunkin' Donuts almost every morning before work. Your employee, Jennifer, who usually works the morning shift during the week, is one of the nicest and happiest Dunkin' Donuts employees I have ever encountered in my 25 years of going there. I appreciate people who are always so positive because, in this world, most people are not. To see her smiling face every morning definitely helps. Please ensure she is recognized; she deserves it—working the morning shift is not easy.

I don’t know what’s happening here but every time I have gotten a cold brew here it has tasted like cleaning solution. The first time I through it was a fluke but when I went back months later the same thing happened.
They don’t stir your iced coffee most of the time and it tastes like straight raw coffee they don’t really stir it either and all the sugar and stuff is at the bottom they also give you these little straws that you can’t even stir with when they reach the bottom you can’t even take a sip and the “manager” says there’s no deals even though on the Dunkin app there is and lies would not recommend

This review is specifically for the guy making food on Christmas day. Thank you. I will say there were some very impatient people that came in today. With that said, none of the other workers noticed me standing around for as long as I did, but the guy working the grill went out of his way to make sure I got my order once he realized my order hasn't been made.

I ordered online, 10 munchkins, a donut and a large drink. I went and picked up through drive through, there was a young guy who was working on 11/13 @ about 6:10pm, he was super pleasant and very sweet, made my night with how kind he was. Thank you to him!
