I been going to this location for over 4yrs now and as time goes by the service just gets worse the respect crom the employees gets worse as time goes by Sarah needs to learn how to speak to people yet alone a customer a customer does not wanna hear excuse after excuse instead of just correcting the order and when I express my frustration about the way they handled the situation Sarah got rude and disrespectful when you have a mistake you made don't have the customer wait for you to fulfill the rest of the peoples order before fixing the one you messed up the hot food was not Even hot no more thanks to Sarah's poor service

How come none of the Dunkin donuts in the Clearwater area ever answer their phones? I've called 4 different Dunkin on different days at different times, when it's not busy after lunch, and it'll just ring and ring.....I've never known a business that just doesn't answer the phone literally ever? How do you guys hire anyone ?

Was told to park after ordering through the drive through. Waited 15 minutes for two hash browns and a bagel. Watched 10 cars get their stuff before us. At 12 in the afternoon. And then when I went in the food was sitting on the counter, and they claimed they were “busy”

Unbelievable! I visited the store last Friday in the afternoon. The only two employees were outside smoking cigarettes while I went inside and waited for them to finish and come inside. Slow service, dirty employees ... I email DD, but this is an independently owned franchise, so they did not care. You won't see us there again!

Bagel it's burn and hard as a rock I can't even bite into it and the bacon hard and burnt also. How can you even serve this to costumers very unacceptable. Just basically gave my money away today. I work in st Petersburg so I can't go back to return it.

I got fired with in my 2 week was not notified the manger April never said I was fired so it was not handle the correct way and corporate need to look into this matter that's why they have no good luck all them need to be fired her daughter also
