I never leave reviews but i felt like this was worthy. I come to this dunkin nearly every single day and the afternoon/evening shift workers are the sweetest people in the world. Unfortunately i dont know their names but they are so kind and even if i’m not in the area i will go out of my way to go to this dunkin specifically. They deserve to be recognized!!

Stopped in for an iced coffee nothing crazy medium iced coffee two creams. The coffee was black and burnt. I asked her to refund my money. I didn’t want the coffee. She said she couldn’t worst coffee worst service I’ve ever seen.

Told cashier again pricing wrong on cappuccino blast charging .60 cents more sign reads 7.99 charged 8.59 but then I told her I told them about this a month her excuse was the prices were not changed and I said again you are missing representing the prices on your board not the right way to take care customer because then she changed her story saying that they didn't have the numbers on the board to change and then I said again I told other cashier again month ago about same prices being wrong. I don't understand why or how you can overcharge Customers and say your taking care of them and she really didn't care about the overcharge so I walked out of Gulf TO Bay location and will report you to Better Business Bureau for not honoring your prices and will tell everyone that this company is the worst at taking care of customers

We have been here plenty of times for coffee. Friendly staff. Always hot and perfect amount of sugar and cream. I am very specific and they get it right each time.

Stopped here for lunch. The customer service was severely lacking and they didn’t have any espresso drinks (machine looked to be down). Maybe the staff was having a bad day. Always give grace. It is a nice Dunkin (newer build) in a nice location.

Dunkin' Donuts continues to disappoint. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sourdough sandwich. It came out in a bag as two pieces of bread and one piece of unmelted cheese with eggs, and the whole thing seemed like it was stuffed in the microwave. There is zero pride in anything that's done at Dunkin' donuts and it shows. Often times when I end up going to Dunkin Donuts it makes me realize I should stop going there altogether. This was the final piece. I'm finding another coffee and breakfast place. Dunkin is corporatized garbage.
