Staff was very rude, the environment felt unwelcoming and tense. Decided then to not even get food. Asked for a decaf coffee this is 100% not a decaf coffee.

Two paying customers came in. Paid money then went outside to wait on a Uber. The length of wait was long. A young manager came out and started yelling and being short about these two guys. I witnessed this from my work van. He stated he had a customer come in and ask about the guys outside. I was inside getting my items and no one ever came in I was the only one. I found this to be unprofessional. One of the two guys asked if this employee was ok. To me he seemed very hostile and inconsiderate of these two customers needing to wait on their Uber. Especially after getting coffee and donuts. This employee seems like they could be a liability.

I ordered jelly filled donut holes and you couldn't taste the raspberry jelly at all. What a rip off. I won't be ordering those again. Really irritated me...

went to get an iced french vanilla iced coffee when i left the parking lot and took a sip it tasted like they put matcha or like cinnamon in it. it was horrible. i tried to call and they didn’t answer.
Was greeted warmly by Jay who was very understanding in providing us with a drink they no longer have. It is my daughter's bday and she really wanted a Dunkaccino. He made that happen with such a great attitude. She's a happy camper today and so am I. Easily one of my fave Dunkins to go to now. Thanks Jay!!

The (I'm assuming) manager yesterday really made my day. Had a problem with the register at the drive through and with my card, went in to pay. Something happened and in the end they had me pay less than what the order originally was. After I ate I went back up to buy a half dozen donuts to split the difference and she threw a couple freebies in for the trouble.
All in all, all of the employees I saw were very kind and attentive, the food and coffee came out just as they should have. Great visit despite the tiny issue.

I just want to know how two people had to take my order of a small iced coffee with 5 cream 5 caramel and liquid sugar and I was given a small iced with supposedly 3 French vanilla 1 caramel and 2 cream????

First of all there was a girl in uniform sitting on a bench in front of the store smoking. I went inside to pick up an order in the young man who is sitting at a seat in a booth. Told me there was no order. Then he finally got up and walked over and saw an order and told me they didn't have the donuts in the order. Danny got mad at me when I contacted my customer to tell them what he did. I want to win outside he started laughing because he's got a nasty attitude.
