I stopped going here for the same reason, but came back today hoping things have improved. I can't believe it, same everything, the coffee is burnt, it is sitting too long on the warmers. Back to WaWas I guess even though it's an extra 5 minutes out of my way. The staff has to be better trained in coffee service. I constantly receive my coffee made the wrong way, they always fix it, but it is still an inconvenience. No issues with the food or donuts though. The people are nice, I just wish the coffee was better. Sorry.

By far the worse Dunkin Donuts store. I placed an order online for two flawors of dunuts holes and when I showed to pick them up, I decided to checked them out and and it was a single type when I enquired they said that they did not have the other flavor and the app doesn't know what do they have. If it wasn't because I checked they wouldn't even tell me and instead apologize they started blaming the app for it. The worse part is that to avoid a situation like this I tried to call them two days in a row and no one answered the phone. If I was you I will stay away from that store, for sure I never will do business with them.

I pulled up and one female employee was slumped over at the bar in the window. Possibly take a nap. Sat in my car on call, for 10 minutes. The other male employee ( with blue hair) was on his cell phone pacing back and forth.I finally entered the building, the young man. Called to the female, but she didn't respond. He said hold on I will call you back to his cell call. And proceeded to help me. I asked for a med.iced Carmel swirl and a donut. My coffee needed to be remade, it was more than half cream.Never had this experience at this location, makes me not want to return...Signed frustrated and loyal...

Got two black coffees with pecan and one with vanilla. Received coffees from drive thru and was too hot to drink. When time finally permitted there must have been a pound of sugar in each coffee! Did not ask for sugar. Threw away $12

I love Dunkin Donuts, my go-to place wherever I travel, but this location is horrible. The drive-thru employee was somehow in a rush to take the order. He didn't even allow my son to finish talking and interrupting him with "what else" and "what else." His interruptions still resonated in my head. Very disappointed. Poor training, AND OF COURSE, HE GOT THE ORDER WRONG. We asked for three pancake wraps, and the order came with three regular wraps, which were delivered to our cars since they couldn't do it fast enough and still got the order wrong. Yes, we failed to check inside the bag before driving away. We saw a huge mistake when we got home. We all were furious. STOP RUSHING PEOPLE WHEN TAKING AN ORDER. REPEAT THE ORDER BACK TO ENSURE YOU GOT IT RIGHT. Very disappointed.

Always love this place. Unfortunately, Bidenflation has hit it hard, and prices skyrocketed in the last three years.
Might as well close this location at 5:30 also. Apparently the one person that was staffed was outside hanging with his friends at 8:30 at night. He saw me come into the drive-through as it’s a narrow passageway to get in and out. Didn’t bother to come inside so I left.This was 830 on a Friday night. I went up the street to the Gulf to Bay location and was helped probably by Pleasants employees.
