Well when I got there no one ever greeted me after standing for five minutes. I asked a question about a 55 over discount and the clerk gave me a dumb stare. The donuts I ordered were dried out, cold, and not tasty at all. I also noticed some papers on the ground inside near the entrance. So, I got bad service and bad donuts. I know not to go here again.

Honestly not sure why I keep going back. My order is always messed up. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese with hash browns the egg and hash browns were both cold.The past 6 orders 5 were wrong! They don't care about the quality or service.They have you drive up so their timer remains green and still happen to give me a cold order! This is exactly why Starbucks wins.. always consistent and service is great. I'm done coming to this location I would rather spend the extra $2 and go to Starbucks.

Overall so-so experience. They have USB Charging ports but half of them don't work. Also took them a good 2 minutes to come take my order at the counter. Restaurant could also use a cleaning.

I'm a customer that comes in there pretty much every day. I went to the bathroom and apparently a used syringe was sitting on top of the door or something almost hit me in the head. Also they never have toilet paper in the bathrooms ?
