The guy made a blueberry macchiato instead of a blueberry matcha because I guess they were out of matcha. I was not asked about this, I tried it, and it was disgusting. I asked to have the same drink without the blueberry and it was made exactly the same. So I drank the nastiest coffee I've ever had. I was then told another item I ordered was out of stock and got an alternative. I understand that the guy is "only one person" (as he told me,) but he moved like molasses...
Usually pretty good service. Young guy working this morning looked like he was miserable. He’s there often but usually works at nights too. He has a bad attitude with customers. Please fix
The employees are very professional and got everyone through the line efficiently when most of us stopped in before work. Great place to stop for breakfast or a quick snack while in the mall!
