Well this is obviously a small business and run by possibly a single owner who possibly is the waitress so I feel bad making this review but I feel I must be honest. The restaurant is very uninviting as you walk in and there are barely any lights on within the restaurant or even behind the counter. The lady that waited on us was very friendly very nice. I ended up ordering coffee which I did not like at all. I personally ordered a vegetarian omelette which I liked and was very good. My hash browns we're kind of thick and weird. I added potato cakes to my order and I did not like them at all. They did not taste like potato cakes to me but however maybe they are authentic and perhaps is why I did not like them. My wife's omelette she said was tasteless it was a cheese omelette, her bacon was very good. I guess the main thing was the lights being off in the restaurant was very uninviting to us. We had been there a long time ago and it was the same thing so unfortunately we most likely will not return. There are a number of very good reviews on here for this restaurant, so maybe for most people it is good. It is just that my wife and I eat out all the time and there are many other restaurants that are much better and I am surprised because I see this restaurant written up all the time for being very good.
Mediocre food, good service, good coffee, cheap.
It's cheap.
Meals were excellent. The ham for breakfast was good and thick and the omelets were awesome. Best western omelette I ever had.
The homemade corned beef hash is unique. Closed Mondays, orher days at 2:00.
Good food, very nice waitress (owner), good prices.
Very nice breakfast, cozy place, average price.
Basic. Staff was friendly enoigh. My wife's breakfast bowl was OK, but the gravy wasn't hot. They did comp half the price, which was nice. My breakfast sandwich was basic: scrambled egg and crispy bacon, with an unmelted slice of cheese on plain toast. The menus looked worn and and dirty (I think the dirt was inside the plastic).
Service and food are great!
Great food great prices

Great little diner style place. I always go for breakfast. Super friendly service!
Breakfast is the best in town!
A hidden gem, a real good, real fast - home cooked meal, I love breakfast there
*This review is for lunch, not breakfast* Typical greasy spoon neighborhood diner that is serviceable but far from great. They have a traditional menu, limited seating, and very friendly, if overworked, service. The burger was prepackaged and mediocre, with off-brand ketchup. I didn't get through half of it - Culver's/Checkers/etc is better. The soup was soggy but well seasoned. They don't house-make dressings or serve anything unique for lunch - but I'm hoping their breakfast is better.
This is one of my favorite breakfast spots. Not too fancy but quality food at gr8 prices and a friendly smile.
