We sat at intercom for 5 minutes and no one spoke up. We say hello and they say they will be right with us. Waited ANOTHER 5 minutes and left because no person answering.
As we drive by the window there is no one in sight. And before I left I told them I will be leaving a Google review.
This was at 12pm Incase management or corporate wants to know who was clocked in and not doing their job.

This location is beyond slow and unable to service their customers! Beware if you get in a drive through line you may be locked into this line for upwards of 20min. Location is often out of items and customer service is carefree of timing concerns. If you see a line… go somewhere else

Came through the drive-thru, waited about 5-7 mins to get up to the speaker due to the cars in front of me, once I got to the speaker I was informed that their oven is down and they only had select bagels. At this point I couldn’t get out of the line anyways so I ordered the one bagel that somewhat sounded good out of the available options, then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for the TWO cars in front of my to get their food so I could make it to the window. Once I got to the window I was then told the one bagel option I was just told was available that I like was sold to someone else after I already ordered it. Will not come back here again.

I spent so long in the Drive-Thru I felt like I was camping. The bagels are extremely expensive and they have the nerve to use one of those card readers that asks for a tip. The food quality is decent.

I love this location! It’s right next to my house so I come all the time. They’re so nice to my dog and they give her a little pup cup. The all nighter bagel for me is the best! The employees are really nice as well

After getting home, my order was missing a few items. This has happened several times. It was impossible to get ahold of someone on the phone. Don’t put cards in my bag asking for a review when you can’t get my order right or even answer the phone. I will never return to this location

Have been sitting in this drive thru line for 35 mins late for work for a bagel and hash browns and it still hasn’t moved. I’ve had enough time to do this before I even paid…. Edit also after looking at other negative reviews it seems the General
Manager includes a copy & paste of a fake apology on all the other bad reviews. Save your time NPC. Be better. The only positive experience was the cashier on drive thru was sincere and I can tell it’s not her fault. She deserves praise.

I’ve been coming to this locations since it opened - however the last 3-5 times I’ve been here the speed of service is abysmally slow. It shouldn’t take me 20-30 minutes to enter the drive thru and leave with two bagels.

I understand if it was slow once or twice, but it’s been a consistent problem.

I like to stop here on the way to work. The drinks are usually good and the food is pretty consistent. The customer service experience could use work. There are a few nice ladies, and the manager is great. However, 50% of my experiences here have been lackluster. Today, I ordered at the drive thru, and whoever took my order didn’t mute the headset after I ordered. She said something about “watered down” to someone and then talked about me like I was dumb for not knowing that the energy mocktail had different flavors (only the dragonfruit is shown on the board). Then, my drink had so much ice in it that I couldn’t get a straw in it. All I did was ask a question! I don’t know if they added all the ice on purpose, but it’s frustrating to have this as the only close location. Definitely need a little more training and to remember that a little kindness goes a long way. We don’t know everything that you do behind the counter.

Very fresh NY style bagels. Glad to have found the actual store as the ones sold in Publix are always stale.
